    My family and I were heading to ********************* in ******* Florida from June 28th, 2024-July 2nd, 2024. I was going to be using the scooter, that I had rented for 4 days for $191.00 total with the damage protection of $5/a day, from ScootersNearYouFlorida.com. On June 28th, ScootersNearYouFlorida.com texted me from **************** saying that the customer that had my scooter for June 28th didnt charge the scooters battery up all the way so after a few texts saying that they (ScootersNearYouFlorida.com) would give me a refund for June 28th for the delay. I even have the text messages saying they were going to give me a refund but to this day they havent given any money back into my account. Now as far as the first 2 days of me using the scooter, (June 29th and June 30th) it ran perfectly then on the 3rd day, (July 1st), halfway through the day, the scooter just stopped running. My wife and I thought it was the battery, knowing from the scooter company saying the scooter wasnt fully charged but it was. So ScootersNearYouFlorida.com wanted us the send videos of the issue we were having with the scooter to ************************************** and we tried to send the videos several times to that info dot com and we couldnt so *************** wanted us to send the videos to ***************. By this time we just got so frustrated that we put the scooter back on on my Jeep and we were done dealing with ScootersNearYouFlorida.com. Animal Kingdom didnt close till 6pm but because of the malfunctioning scooter, we ended our day at 3pm. Down below, I will send text messages that say, in gray, their text and my texts in green. And all I want is a refund for the first day that I didnt get the scooter because of dead battery issues and heavy rainfall on their part.

    I have the receipt above from ScootersNearYouFlorida.com. All Im wanting from them is the first day rental that I never got the scooter to use from that day. I was wondering also could you please delete my personal information from my complaint as I do not want ScootersNearYouFlorida.com to see that info. Thanks for your time in this matter.

    Along with wanting the rental of the scooter from ScootersNearYouFlorida.com for not receiving the scooter for the first paid day and them telling me I would get the money back but I never did, the $5/a day for damage protection I would like back and tax.
