    Complete scam. They cold call me - saying I have a vacation package with them and that I need to spend $198 to extend it. I say I dont have any recollection of such package and ask for some proof and confirmation. Sounds complete bogus and then when I say I dont want to pay any money to them - the person on the phone calls me ignorant. Total scam.

    Luxury Diamond is a scam and I'm embarrassed to admit I fell for the trick and now our family is out $3000. Do not buy from them. Learn from my mistake.

    I have been trying for a year to get back my $400. I filed a complaint via email within 23 days after the purchase after receiving the terms and conditions. The sales employees tell you no touring of units is required. That is a Lie. Impossible to get a return call. Impossible to get a refund.

    Back on May of 2022 we paid $535.00 for a promise of two vacations. On 12/16/23 we booked a vacation to Curacau for March 9-13/2023 for an additional $399.00. We paid and expeceted to recieve confermation for our vacation shortly thereafter. After numerious phone calls with the same promise and no results and many additional emails we finally decided to cancel the whole thing. Phone calls now are forwarded to an email account for reservations. They have not responded to any emails except the one asking for the $399. Never trust this company,99 resort fee. I asked for our money back and still no answer.

    This company is a rip-off!!! In late November 2022, I received a call with a great offer. I provided my credit card information and purchased the trips. When I was ready to book my 1st trip, I did everything I was instructed to do. I never received confirmation of my booking request. I then called and called and called! There were times when I called 16 times back to back only for them to tell me that they are still working on confirmation for my trip in 4 weeks! Keep in mind, the request was placed more than 10 weeks in advance. Flights are increasing and I'm not getting any help/assistance from anyone with Luxury Diamond Resorts. I have even called the resort to see if they know of any reservations pending for me and they don't even have my name! They are showing nothing for me! This is highly frustrating! And in the event that I'm able to get thru to someone, I seem to always get Lalani. She's not very friendly, she doesn't take time to listen to my concerns and she rushes me off the phone. Also, she gives me the same old line, "It's pending". Don't give your money to this company! And from reading the responses to the reviews, they don't care about how we as consumers! I really regret giving them my money. I can tell it's going to take an act of congress to get a refund!
