      If I could honestly give them Zero stars, simply for the rude remarks, threats, and destruction of personal property; also, a very unorganized, mismanaged company; a disgusting, un-sanitized rundown building filled with depression; and a very hostile environment. You know, doing a favor for a friend by returning her ridiculously overpriced rims and tires on her vehicle would also, turn out to me being in the wrong for the entire event. (With a new cash buyer, price didn't matter to him also had cash in hand same day). Which would result in getting personally attacked and cussed out by the store manager Chuck and his accomplice. I was called many names along the way, some being personal attacks, others mental, while the rest were antagonistic, degrading, and threatening remarks. Then they proceeded to move onto a more personal character assassination technique, which is more offensive than what I can share on this platform. While Chuck and his accomplice were on their temper tantrum, they continued to be hostile and threaten me. They also video recorded me to make me seem like I'm wrong, knowing it was NOT my vehicle! Even explained that and apologized for it. They made themselves seem completely justified for their actions. But Chuck and his accomplice continued to antagonize the situation by taking things even further while installing the original rims back onto the vehicle. They refused to touch one rim because they damaged the center cap during the original installation of the new rims and tires (purchased from them). Afterwards, they kicked the expensive center cap on the floor back to me. Then, as I was trying to back my vehicle out, they were creating a very unsafe work environment for themselves and a scary situation for me as a driver trying to back out a 7,000-pound off-road vehicle by sticking their feet under the vehicle while giving me the middle finger and continuing their temper tantrum by yelling and laughing obscenities as I drove away. DONT SUGGEST
