    I was gifted the "sweetheart package", bought online and this was believed to be 2 massages. When I went to the spa, they said they do not honor online purchases; that it's seperate from the spa. I asked them what is the purpose of offering online packages? 2 different girls at the desk said they don't know- online is different. I asked is there a special "online spa" where you go to use your online purchase? It's a massage! You have to go to the spa! This isn't an order and I get my product in the mail! You literally have to use it at the spa!!! What is the resolution? I'm also filing a complaint with BBB... but that is the answer to this question? How does one redeem what rhyboirxhase online for full value?
