    On Dec 6th of 2024 I placed an online order with Blackout Coffee Co. ******* card was billed $90.81 on December 8th 2024. A whopping 10 days later, I received an email from Blackout Coffee indicating my order shipped on December 16th and I was provided the tracking number referenced in this submission. As of December 20th 2024, the **** is NOT in possession of the package and has no idea where it is. They told me just because a business creates a shipping label, it does NOT mean the package was actually shipped. I want a full refund in the amount of $90.81 credited to my **** card. Blackout Coffee is blaming everyone else but themselves. Their customer service department refuses to pick up the phone when I have made numerous calls to complain. I have contacted them via email but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. They are guilty of credit card fraud and refusing to deliver my order.     I filed complaint with Amex my card I used and they closed the dispute charging my the amount. Unless the company rebills me I am satisfied with the result.

    I went back to the website and they have removed my credit card info from their system. This is what I wanted done over a month ago. I guess it took you all (BBB) to get their attention. Thank you for your promptness in taking care of this problem. Im not sure what else I could have done short of threatening them with a lawyer contact.
