    The owners of the ** park never gave us information on amenities or rules of the park. After Hurricane ***, my brother lost everything he owns in *******************. They told us we have 24 hours to leave, and agreed to pay us our deposit and last month's rent back. The first check was written incorrectly, and we were charged a $35 return check fee. When we asked them if they would rewrite the check correctly and reimburse us the $35, we were told that we now owe $8/day for an additional guest. This was never disclosed to us prior, and we never agreed to have it deducted from the second check. They now refuse to pay the agreed upon amount. The washers and dryers do not work correctly and you have to ring your clothes out by hand. They refuse to fix or replace them. The day after hurricane ***, a sewage pipe backed up and was spilling hazardous waste into the streets in front of our lot and several others. They simply turned it off and didn't fix it. On several occasions, we had to go without power because their breaker box was faulty and caught on fire. We were told that they were out of town and would come fix it on Monday, rather than sending someone out to fix it to accommodate us. They do not uphold their end of monetary reimbursements, and try to change things after agreeing to pay a certain amount. We were told we would be reimbursed $1260, but the first check was either written incorrectly or they put a stop payment on it because the bank wouldn't take it, made out to "*************." When they rewrote the check, it was written out for $1116 which was not the agreed upon amount. They deducted money and refuse to pay us the additional $144 they owe or the $35 for a returned check fee.
