      This "Doctor" kept low balling the allotments so I constantly run out of RSO and can't use it everyday. When I ask to raise it they ask me to look at large table of numbers to figure out for them.They talked about all this in front of patients. I haven't slept in days and couldnt understand how to do it.They kicked me out of the office with no help. Every 60 days I go through severe withdrawals because of this. They turned me away and were very malicious. I have to have my life ruined bc they won't update it and I have to wait 2 weeks. Usually when this happens I use edibles or tinctures but they closed those categories against my wishes. All my symptoms have come back plus withdrawals. They abandoned me told me to leave. I have been bedridden bc of this. I started RSO bc of my neck back and leg injuries plus insomnia. They are cruel and im being tortured by this. I had to quit work. I was double charged for a few months they are expensive. This is LITERAL maleficence. The harm that has been caused plus how nasty they are in person. When they figured out the problem they wanted to argue everything .THEY said lets talk outside and I walked out they immediately closed the door to lock.They did this in front of other patients. No privacy or dignity They just wanted me gone since I couldn't get the Number Game right. It's been this way the whole 1yr and 9 months I have never been able to take it everyday. I have to stay in bed with my back and neck and my left leg is in terrible condition. I don't sleep anymore. I have heated sweats and headaches, can't eat or do very much at all. Before this I was going to the gym and working...things were actually looking up. Sleep WAS good. Ive emailed, called and left multiple messages, left comments on their website. I have never received a call from them yet. I've made it so clear to them, yet they continue to play this shell game w ***** amount of stress and retribution they give me for bringing up concerns is way out of line.

      The business cancelled my appointment. As a result, my required MD 7 month recommendation will not be fulfilled. I will not be able to legally get my medication and my health will now be compromised. They offered me an appointment at the end of October creating a huge gap in my medical care plan. If I cancel on them, they charge me a huge fee. They cancel on me and dont even give me a reschedule the following day, which will result in my compromised healthcare. Would not even let me speak to a supervisor.

      DocMJ makes it so hard to cancel. They have awful, rude doctors - ************** for example - who will just halve your dosages with no heads up or explanation. I was a patient for 5 years, when I called to cancel it required 3 phone calls, one email and a threat to go there in person before someone would actually help me cancel. Dr ****** has awful reviews everywhere about how he screws patients over, regularly. Do not recommend Doc MJ AT ALL.

      Dr ****** was ok til docmj took over.....asked if I could fill paperwork out in ****** because of some vision problems, no problem when I scheduled appointment. Get a call day before threatening to cancel my appointment if I did not fill out paperwork online.....I saved the message. Thank you for that. I shopped around and found one would allow me to do paperwork in ****** and it cost less. There are better places than dicmj...... supposed to help people, not give them a hard time. Shameful the message I got.

      I have to renew my medication part . So I tried to make an appointment for a month. Calling in asking why am I not able to book an appointment. Same story I couldn't make payment plan because I was late. I did tried to pay in full and I was told that I couldn't because I have a block on my account.
      I DIDNT OWE ANY MONEY.
      THIS UPSETS ME AS I NEED MY MEDICINE BECAUSE IT WAS PRESCIBED TO ME AND YOU HAVE A COMPANY THAT BLOCKS YOUR ACCOUNT AND TELLS YOU THEY CAN NOT UNBLOCK IT. YESTERDAY 3/05/23 I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND EXPLAINED THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO WAIT AS APPOINTMENTS WERE FILLING. I WAS REFUSED A MANAGER. ITS ALREADY ENOUGH I HAVE TO PAY SO MUCH AND YOU GUYS WANT TO PLAY GOD WITH MY MEDICATION SO I AM FINDING ANOTHER DOCTOR AND TALKING TO A LAWYER AS I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY MEDICATION BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY WAS PLAYING GOD WITH MY MEDICATIONS. ALSO I AM BLOCKED FROM DOC MJ ON ******** AS SOON AS THAT HAPPEN AS THEY DIDNT WANT ME TO STATE FACT AS I HAVE MY DOCUMENTS, AND ALL MY PROOF I TRIED TO MAKE APPOINTMENT SCREEN SHOTS AND RECORDINGS OF CONVERSIONS. YOUR COMPANY WAS WRONG. I AM GOING ON EVERY PLATFORM WITH ALL MY PROOF AND MAKE SURE YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS AND REFER THEM TO PEOPLE WHO CARES

As you stated below, you failed to make the agreed-upon scheduled monthly payments. After a patient fails to make 3 or more payments (of the 7 total payments) they are no longer eligible to book again on the convenient monthly payment plan.
