    On July 16, 2024 two trucks and a crew of workers came out to my neighbors house in the middle of a rain storm to cut my neighbors trees. When it stopped raining, lightning and thundering we took a look at their work, they left one tree butchered, with a cut branch on top of what is left of the tree. We notified the home owner and the owner of Sunshine Trees came out the next day, July 17, and asked our permission to remove the cut branch because he couldn't reach it from the neighbors yard. It is now over a week and they still have not came out to remove the huge branch that is a dangerous situation that could fall at any time since it is being held up by other branches of the tree.

    Hi this is ********************* we have very good reviews under ******** I'm sorry that these people big give me a complaint it had nothing to do with us our service the lady that called me to trim her rental house the first day we trimmed over her roof we trim no trees over the neighbor side at all we done everything from the owner's house so the neighbor after we leave she calls the owner of the property and says we cut a big limb that's hanging in the tree I respond to go and check it out when I get there nothing we cut over her property tree limb was dead has been hanging there looks like for maybe a year but it was about the size of my wrist but had nothing to do with me so the owner decided to take the tree down because the people was complaining about it leaning towards their side I asked him to give me a written note to give me permission to come on their side and bring the tree down when I left the neighbor was happy I thought that everything was good sorry that owner of property and neighbor has sputes but it has nothing to do with me I went there one day to take the tree down a lightning storm come we left but still I can't work in lightening with my guys is dangerous we come back next day call it tree down clean the yard up for the lady everything was good the owner of the house next door said everything look great so look at my ****** reviews everybody is very happy sorry we don't want this on us because we had nothing to do with that dead limb that was in the tree before we done a job we did not touch thank you you can give me a call back if you like ************ ********************* owner of sunshine trees thank you

    Hello, I received this email a few days ago stating there is no action for me to take right now, but my father just called me saying the owner of Sunshine Trees just called him, asking me, to let the BBB know that they came out and removed the tree. I am not sure how he acquired his phone number or why he did not follow your instructions in how to handle this complaint but they did come out on July 31 and removed the cut branch they left on top of the tree. I gave them permission to come on my property in order for them to remove my neighbors tree but I did not agree to them driving over my water meter and removing my no trespassing sign that is in front of it so it does not get ran over. I seen on my security camera one of the workers throwing bricks in my yard and left them there, as well as him taking a shower with my water hose. Thank you for your help resolving the situation with the branch it could have caused harm or damage!
