    Grant Bae charged me over $6k for guaranteed returns of over $100k in grant written funding for my logistics company. To this day I have not gotten a penny, call back, or refund. She is a scam artist, and since I paid with debit card it is looking like a total loss.

    On May 27, 2021, I signed a contract with Grantbae for the $25,000 package, which cost me $1,389.89. I spoke with a woman (I don’t recall her name) a couple of times by phone to ask questions and obtain clarification about a few things. Everything appeared legit based on the information she gave me (grants coming from several grant sources, a guarantee of funds or I receive a refund, how long Grantbae has been in business, social media presence, and that Grantbae exists to help minority small businesses). The contract stated that I will receive grants in the amount of $25,000 and that this I am “guaranteed 4 Grants in a calendar year with a money back guarantee for your service fee.” I was also told that Grantbae will apply for several grants on my behalf and for me to expect more than one grant. I was informed that I would receive an email letting me know I received grants and I would accept the grants and then the funding begins. Grantbae would also invoice me for 3% of the grant amount.
    I received an email in September 2021 stating I received a grant and I accepted the grant. I received another 2 emails that aid received grants in November 2021 and I accepted those grants as well. In January 2022, I had not received any grants and I called Grantbae. I received a text asking me to schedule an appointment to review my complaint. I scheduled an appointment. On the appointment date, I called the number I had and received a busy signal. I received a text within minutes of my phone call that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. I waited 48 hours before calling again and received no answer. I received another text stating that I needed to make an appointment. I made another appointment and the same thing happened again. I made a 3rd appointment and again the same thing. May 2022 came and went and I have not received any money or heard from Grantbae. I also reached out by email many times and have not heard back.

    I am requesting a refund.

    I paid for a service I was never provided with. I paid $3743.93 for a person to write a proposal for a grant and I never received the grant for a minimum of $100k guaranteed.

    On June 28th 2021, I paid grant bae $4064.93 for services promising to find me a grant for my catering business. I was told that if no funds were granted within a year that a full refund would be issued. I called and emailed several times them with no replies. I recently found out that this company is not legit. Please help me get my money back.
