      We purchased a home and got the order to move in and nothing was completed plumbing and electrical problems. Damage from subcontractors the family home center hired. No help to get them resolved. Purchasing completed in beginning of September of 2024.

      I would like to start off with our apologies that these issues have arose and not been fixed as of yet. On august 31st I personally went to the home with the **************** and generated a service list of which was sent to the manufacturer  ************************************************ At that time no power or utilities were on at the home being the power company still had not turned power on. Once power was turned on the ********* sent me more service issues which was last Thursday September 12th and 13th. I was contacted that afternoon about the issues of which I submitted to ********************************************* Friday morning the 13th. I made another call to the service department this morning about this home to try to get a service tech out asap. At this time I am waiting on a response from ******************* I will stay diligently working on this issue until resolved.

      Regarding Complaint ID ********, filed by me last week, I was immediately contacted by this company and the gentleman that I spoke with was very apologetic and he had their maintenance/repair man set an appointment immediately to assess my problem(s).  I was really shocked to be contacted at all as I had this problem for months since moving into our new mobile home and had contacted the sales people several times.  The repairman, ****** ****** conducted his business in a very professional and friendly manner, found the problem with my dishwasher, and had it in working order an hour later. I have contacted this company to let them know how much I appreciate how fast they responded to my problem(s). This quick response by this company shows you their integrity. I would encourage my friends and family to use Family Home Center in Lake City, Florida, for any of their mobile home purchases.

      repaired that. I had to hide all the wall scratches with furniture. The dishwasher did not and does not work. I went immediately to Family Home Ctr in October 2022 and spoke with two of the salesmen there who promised someone would be out very soon. Nothing. I went back and spoke with salesman, ****** Townsend, who promised to advise ****, and someone would be there within a couple of days. I have texted her but no response. No paperwork on appliances other than a small booklet for the dishwasher that did not help. We should not have to replace the dishwasher (paid extra for stainless). We have repaired and replaced other items that were broken or did not work. Blinds in the home does not work and some were broken so we replaced them. I asked for replacement of dishwasher and was promised of replacement by the two salesmen in October and by ******. Service once we received the home is zero. **** ***** placed the order for us and then left any problems for us to fix. No dishwasher.
