    They sold me a lemon. This dealership should be investigated. They sell junk at high prices and crazy high interest rates. I bought a yard ornament for over 30k and over $800 a month.

    Dealer sold me a car with issues, also the car has been banned from the warranty from dodge due to modifications that the previous owner did to the car, they did not tell me this information.. they also promissed me a second key fob which I didn't get. I will not buy a car from this dealer ever again and I will let me my friends and family not to buy car from them.

    Worst customer service I've ever seen called 9xs from sept.16th to 20th. About their ******** part and the warranty. Still no answer no matter who you leave a message with from service assistant, service manger or general manager.

    I have never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service at a dealership in the 30 plus years of buying vehicles. I have had to bring a TWO-YEAR-OLD Jeep in to have the transmission wiring redone and the work was NEVER documented. The most recent experience had to do with corrosion all over the hood which resulted in having to take it to a body shop THEY sent me to. The work was under warranty, but I have had to do all of the running around to make sure I get reimbursed for a rental car they did NOT help me get and try to get all of the necessary warranty-related paperwork just to get the services performed covered under the warranty. I should be PAID for the administrative work I've had to do! I continuously leave messages for someone in the service department to return my calls about this warranty issue to no avail. I will NEVER use this dealership again, nor will I ever own a Jeep again. No two-year-old vehicle should have these types of problems and then to add insult to injury have to deal with a dealership service department that obviously does NOT care for its customers. I paid WAY TOO MUCH money for a vehicle to have these types of issues and then have to deal with a dealership/service department that seemingly doesn't know how to do their job!I am now dealing with the warranty service company who also can't get anyone from Jeep to respond to help get our warranty situation resolved. Absolutely ridiculous!

    These people drove us a 2018 Jeep SRT from ********* to **************. We purchased online and the vehicle smelled as if it had overheated. We called the delivery driver and asked him why the vehicle smelled as if it had overheated. He told us that maybe because it hadnt been driven. Ok I test the vehicle out and the car ran hot on me in less than 10 min. These people have not resolved the issue neither are they properly communicating with us. We have not driven the vehicle and what saddens me is that my son choose this dealership out of 100s of online dealers he paid $5000.00 down. On a $39,000 truck that we had to pull aside the highway and have towed back to our home. These folks are nasty and I hate to put Race in the comment but we feel as if we were WHITE theyd been made ways to come pick this vehicle up. Theyve attempted to pay a balance for towing to our roadside assistance of $312.00 to get the vehicle back to the establishment. But the Credit card they kept giving kept getting denied. What kind of mess is that? This is the most irritating encounter weve ever experienced. My family work hard for what we want and for people to ignore us and tell us they have customers sitting in front of them as if were not customers. These folks called my son continuously after they seen that he had an amazing credit score. But now we cant even get a simple show of concern. We feel as if we were ripped off. We paid for delivery service for the vehicle but as guy pulls up driving it over 150+ miles to us and it had over heated.

    Let me start by saying never use this service department. We have not had a truck for a month now and the only problem is a blown head gasket. When me and my fianc call all they do is give us the run around and tell us both different stories. They called me today and told me the inspector had already been out they were calling the extended warranty company to see if they were going to cover it and would call me right back. They did not call me right back so my fianc called and they told him the inspector wouldnt be out for 48 to 72 hours. So which story is it? We are definitely trading this truck in once it is fixed which we made known from the beginning. But we will not be doing business with lake city dodge jeep again. And I surely will never recommend them.

    This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, we traded our Jeep for a 2022 **** explorer and have had nothing but problems. My car still has not been paid off after 30 days and we have had a slew of is***s with this vehicle and every time we call and try to speak to ******* the manager he never calls back or comes to the phone. We have had this vehicle in the shop now twice for warnings and sensor is***s that continuously go off. Someone from the service **** called and told me the car was done being fixed however its not. They told me they drove the vehicle and nothing went off, the sensor goes off on long distances and sometimes even short distances. For a few days when you opened the door the sensor would just go off and blink and make noise. I told the dealership if I get into an accident over this is*** I would *** them because I have 3 small kids and the guy just hung up on me. We have asked to speak to ******* and the ** and no one will call us back. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. make sure to hire an attorney before going, you'll need one. If I could give a 0 star I would.

    This dealership is honestly the most shady dealership I have ever tried to do business with. Called in on a truck that was listed for $******.00. I spoke with *************************** (salesman) and tried to offer 49k. I also spoke price with the internet manager and he said he would work numbers and send them to me so we could place a deposit on the vehicle, and hold till the following day. We needed to agree on numbers since we live a hour and half away. They ended up telling me they didnt want to work numbers and they promised to hold the vehicle and not sell on good faith till the next day. In the meantime, they raised the price online multiple times. Once to ****** and then to ******. When we came into the store they acted like the vehicle was never listed at ****** (although I had screen shot) and added in a package of ******* They also advertise on their website that used vehicles have a package of ******* not $*******. They were rude and refused to honor the price that had been listed online for over a month. We left due to the principle of it. Today we offered ****** plus tax tag and title and they came back even higher. On Saturday it was 5,500$ higher and today its 10,000$ higher. Today they dont even remember the numbers they worked for us on Saturday. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this store. Nothing they advertise is real and they treat their customers like c*** Completely wasted our time and do nothing but lie
