      Well, we tried everything, even to the point that the business I paid $7,500 said to me, "I thought we were friends?!?" No, I am as unhappy a customer as this poor excuse for a business has ever had. Their reputation and referral suggests they've fallen far from their legacy. I will avidly recommend against using them. Please do not waste your time and money.

      I needed a tankless heater fixed / replaced, and wanted a gas line run upstairs for a washer dryer. When they came to do the quote I was led to believe they could do everything.

      They agreed to do venting work and plumbing work which are very clearly outside of their gas-plumbing skillset and capacity. The owner Vinny came out to quote the job, and was very reassuring about how "HE" was going to do everything. The Tankless was $3000. However, no quote for the gas dryer set up. I said to Jamie in person at the store, "I just need to know roughly, like $1000 or $5000, I need to budget.

      The washer/dryer run was according to Jamie, "Maybe a full day, plus material, $800-1,000"

      Job day came and no Vinny. Two young guys I have never met show up and don't know what do to. They proceed to tell me I need more electrical work before they can replace the tankless. Vinny will be here eventually. He is on site for 20 minutes, then these guys go to work - chopping up drywall that had just been replaced, cutting holes in my bathroom ceiling (never discussed), asking me questions about the job, explaining why they don't think it will work, even asking me how and where we should vent the dryer... eventually (whether they knew I was listening or not) they say to one another, "I just can't wait to be done with this job". My tenants are living there so the job is done and I assume it's all good.

      It's all wrong and they want $1000 more to fix it. I have to pay it to get it done for my room mate who pays rent.

      Right from the outset, we prioritized professional communication and expectations. Our team installed a Rinnai RSC199 tankless water heater and ran a gas line to the range and water heater location. Simultaneously, we received an additional request from the customer for work on a stackable washer and dryer unit. Given the residence's size, which housed multiple individuals showering at varying times, the water heater's size was fitting, and we quoted the price to be $3000.00, inclusive of the unit's sale and installation. The washer and dryer work extended beyond water lines, as the dryer venting requirement was not apparent due to the enclosed walls and floors. Hence, we quoted the work as time and materials rate. The project was completed for the stackable unit; however, the customer switched to a stand-alone washer and dryer, which was not communicated to us until after the work was finished. We subsequently adjusted our schedule and returned the next day to reconfigure the installation to accommodate the change. Our estimates for pricing on the washer and dryer work were similar to what was initially quoted, and we did not charge for all the time spent on the site, with the intention of preserving customer satisfaction.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      We changed the stackable to side by side well before work was begun. 

      You absolutely did charge me extra every time you came out. You didn't make it right. You came back and charged me for it. You quoted me $200-300 and then charged me $1,000. 

      You way overcharged me for very sub-par work that you performed outside of the scope of gas plumbing. When I asked for a quote you should have said no. 

      $3000 for a water heater, well spent after you came back to "fix it", make it as you promised in the first place. That $3000 didn't function till you came back out, and was in fact worse.

      Take some ownership of your very poor performance and offer me some kind of apology and refund for the waste of my time and money, sub-contracting my own job with your company just to get it done right.
