    From the first moment that I decided to call attorney McClure, the experience was great. His response to my call was prompt and the way to address the issue was on point. When I read the experience of attorney McClure, made me feel that he would understand this case as he worked on the creditor side.     I contacted Alex McClure to help me with a debt collection lawsuit on a debt that I co-signed for over 10 years ago. Alex explained to me the laws surrounding the Statute of Limitations regarding my type of debt and what I was unfortunately still liable for. Alex then reached out to the other party and helped me settle the debt with a monthly payment I could afford and terms that were reasonable. I feel like Alex took his time with me and answered all my questions. He also guided me in the right direction to make sure I didn’t fall behind in the suit and have a judgement placed against me. I don’t think the outcome would have been as favorable for me if I didn’t have Alex’s help.

    Facing a debt collection lawsuit and possible judgment against me, I turned to Alex McClure for help and guidance. I found him to be straight-forward, honest, non-judgmental and abounding with integrity. Our initial phone consultation, which was only supposed to last 15 minutes, lasted a full 35 minutes during which he listened to my situation and took his time to explain to me my options and the best way forward. I felt both relieved and comfortable after talking to him, comfortable and confident enough in him to hire him. With his help, I was able to come to an agreement with the creditor and avoid a lawsuit and judgment. I am forever grateful and highly recommend him!
