    I booked their carpet cleaning service through ************. The technician never arrived but texted me 30 minutes after arrival time to say I wasn't home, so he left and I notified me that was being charged for the service. I was home the entire time, and even went outside several times to check to see if the technician arrived, including when I got the text. The 'technician' was nowhere to be seen, would not answer texts or phone calls, and the advertised company phone number rejected all attempts to call them. The 'technician' mobile phone was from *******, and the service request was in ********. There was no way to contact the company for a refund or rescheduling directly or via ****, so I had to call my credit card and to call **** to try to get a refund for fraudulent charges.
