On November 16, 2023 I ordered and received a drone and my **** card was charged $106.95. In December 2023 I was charged another $106.95 and then $1.00. January 15, 2024 I was charged the same $106.95 for something called Renewingraincider. February 13, 2024 I was charged the same amount for Renewingraincider, March 17, 2024 I was charged the same amount again for ************** and then April 10, 2024 the same amount for 408 LLC. I was finally able to speak to someone named ****** at their phone number ************. She apologized and sent me an email from ********************************** and **** sent me an email delineating the charges which I forwarded on to the company. Now when I call the number I get a recording that I have to call during business hours. This is a scam company who are ripping people off and I have to cancel my **** card and get a new one so the charges stop.

I did speak to a woman named ****** at the company who said she was passing the information on to the higher *** and my credit card company sent a list of the charges they posted to my account to me and I forwarded them on to her.  **** has informed me that should they refuse to clear this up, **** will reverse the charges, close my card and issue a new one.  But I do feel better knowing the general public will know this company is not to be trusted and your contacting them was very beneficial.  Let me know what you hear back.  Mahalo!

I wanted you to have the information on file that this company is a scam so other customers will know to avoid them at all costs;  they did not respond to my bank, either so my bank reversed the charges on my credit card.  The charges that were fraudulent were:

    **** Air Drone

    RENEWINGRAINSKIN.COM

    408 LLC

All were from the same company and the charges were $106.95 each time.  Thank you!

On 3/15/24 I saw an ad on the 5th page of my *** Home page about buying K3 Spark Mineral Gummies, but did not realize it was a scam. It described a Harvard student (*****, who I now know is fake) finding this mineral with pictures showing weight loss and it is in gummy form. I placed the order (*******) on 3/15 at 10:04AM for 6 bottles for $19.99, but instead got a confirmation of the purchase in an e-mail that I was charged $239.94 and there was no company or contact info listed. On 3/15 at 1:37 PM I sent an e-mail saying I did not authorize that amount and I don't want product, how do I stop it. I received order confirmation on 3/19/24 at 4:07 AM with tracking number **********************. Again, on 3/21/24 I responded that I do not want the package. It has now been delivered with return address of *********************************************************************************************************************. I have since canceled my card. How can I get refunded for this scam? *** should not have allowed a clickbait scam on their front pages of their home page. So frustrated!

I purchased 2 air drones as Christmas gifts. One of the people had received an air drone as a gift also so I emailed the company and asked to return it. They responded I could return for a refund. I mailed it back and they received it 1/12/24. I sent an email on 2/26/24 asking the status and gave them the tracking number. They responded they were having a problem with the account and would be about 8 business days. I emailed again on 3/15/24 for a status and they responded the bank is working on it. Ive been getting jacked around on my refund ever since. I originally paid $205.99 for 2 but am asking for refund on just one that they received for a total of $103.00
