      We are receiving over 100 calls a day and over 50 emails.   We are a small 2 person operation and can't answer all calls that come in nor answer over 150 voicemails we have.    We just started the company as a transfer from a previous huge business.   We are trying to offer clients the service they had but setting up is slow since we are smaller.   The client has the option to purchase with other companies that offer the same service or can contact 180 Medical who used to own Personally Delivered and closed leaving them without any services.    Clients have options such as Viitality Medical, Stomabags, Honest Medical, etc.   Those companies were offered to them by 180 Medical.    Please understand that Shaddi Roz LLC, explained to the clients our start up situation and that we decided to offer service to help those members that were dumped by company above.    Again, we are working with the resources available.

      This client has never ordered with our company.   He was asked to call 180 Medical to discuss with them where to purchase the products he seeks.   180 Medical was the owner of Personally Delivered and the company that left them without the service they seek.   The client was given the names of Vitality Medical, StomaBags, and 180 Medical.   Clients are using the BBB as a way to use lies against Shaddi Roz LLC, due to their anger for the closing of Personally Delivered which was owned by 180 Medical/Convatec 

    Shaddi Roz LLC is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
