      I am an active member for Jeunesse LLC. I have been on an auto pay deduction monthly since 2021 for a product. Everything was fine until my last two auto deduction on 9/26/2024 and 10/26/2024. I never received the items I paid for monthly. Then I come to find Jeunesse LLC is now ********. I was never notified about this. I can't log into my Jeunesse account. My account automatically switched to a Velovita Account ( ******************************** ) BUT it's showing NO history of my paid orders!! I've made 4 attempts and will continuously to do so to their email ********************* No response. I've left messages at ************. No one ever calls me back. I hope Jeunesse LLC does not keep charging me on the 25th of every month. Please help me get this resolve. I would like a full refund. I am so angry and frustrated.

      I Placed my Order on 26 Sep 2024 of Jeunesse global products AM and PM. The order number ********, which remains unshipped. I previously reached out on October 1, October 2, October 9 October 25 and 26 but I have not received any response or update on my order status.The lack of communication has been disappointing, as I am eager to receive my products and have exhausted other means of contacting your team. I also sent emails customer ************* and retail service and complain service but they didnt respond if they are not able to complete the order then please let me know and help me to refund my money. My Order number is ********.I am attaching a screenshot of when I placed the order and jeunesse give me the order number.

      What a pleasure getting a follow-up e-mail from you! I truly appreciate your assistance with my problem with Jeunesse LLC. I continued to try to contact them via their website and through my log-in. My order summary said that my orders had been shipped. I tried to contact them through their customer service phone numbers. None of them worked at all, and this was the case over a long period of time. I continued to try to access them through their support ticket desk, but that continued to say that my ticket was closed. The only thing that helped me was your intervention. I received an e-mail from them after you contacted them. They indicated that the shipments would be on their way. It took about two weeks, I believe, but finally all four shipments arrived! You are such a wonderful organization!! Thank-you again for your help!!

      On December 9th I ordered a package of Juenesse instantly ageless I have not received it to date I called customer service which took me a while to get to a real person who said that she would put it in for me to get a refund I would also like to state that they charged my account twice and they're telling me that I would have to submit proof from my bank account did that actually occurred they are a rip off
