  Product description was completely misleading. The product I ordered was shown as a freestanding "tree" made of Christmas lights. What I got was a string of lights for about 10X what I could have bought it for in the hardware store. There was no pole or frame to make the tree shape. I didn't even realize that this was the product I had ordered at first. When I contacted them to return, they hid behind the product "specifications" which are in small print. Nothing in the title or description of the product would indicate that it was only a string of lights. They also wanted 30% as a restocking fee. Misleading at best, but I would consider it fraudulent. Fortunately it only cost me about $40. They now have the same thing listed for $100. Do NOT do business with them. At this price, I figured it wouldn't be high quality, but I did think it would at least resemble the photos and description on their site. They seem to want to just promote cheap, poor products with inflated descriptions for ridiculous prices and then hide behind technicalities. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

  Deceptive ******** Ads showing tall Christmas trees made from LED Lights. After you buy they prompt you to upgrade to the PRO Version. Without the upgrade all you are getting is an overpriced strand of lights. Their website says you can get a 6, 16, 32, or 64 foot tree. After many emails back and forth I was able to find out that even with the PRO Verison the height of the tree is 1.5 feet tall instead of the 32-foot tree I purchased. I told them that I wanted REFUND and was told I would have to pay a 33% restocking fee. Their website and ads are false and are taking lots of money from unsuspecting people. In addition it took six weeks to recieve. WHEN WILL SOCIAL MEDIA i.e. ******** & ****** TAKE RESPONDSIBILITY AND GET THESE GROUPS OFF THEIR PLATSFORMS?

  Ordered a 35 ft. Christmas tree light show in mid October from BeDuvely. After paying with ******, I started reading comments from customers about the Duvely products. I was sure I was being scammed so I immediately sent a note to ****** about the Duvely website and their fraudulent claims and to cancel the order. ****** then sent the comments on to Duvely. I received the light show this week and it's a strand of lights that are 32 ft long total and need to be plugged into your own USB power supply. The light set is worth maybe $15 but I paid close to $50 with shipping. They even have the audacity to ask for a tip for this overpriced item. Someone did email me from Duvely but just that my product was already mailed( so it couldn't be cancelled) and gave me a tracking number. Returning this item according to reviews involves 30% restocking fee and shipping costs. Returns will be thoroughly inspected prior to refund. I am just upset and concerned that ****** would continue to allow payment processing for them and ******** doesn't throttle their activity. Should be zero stars!!

  In the advertising, it shows a wonderful looking Christmas Tree, when actually what you are ordering is a very cheap set of lights, which are 6 ft in length and cost over $30.00. Very misleading and potentially false advertising as no where do they talk about a light string. Stay far away this scam.

  Horrible online customer service, very slow in responding to email complaints. I found an error in the original order immediately per the email confirmation and I sent three texts to the company within 5 to 10 minutes of my original order, October 4th, and I heard nothing back. I continued to email them several times a day and then finally receiving an email five days later telling me they shipped the order and could not make any changes, that was the first acknowledgment of my emails. They would not take off the extra item I did not order or intend to order off my bill and I must've sent 25 emails over the next 3 1/2 weeks. They told me to contact them after I received the product and when I did receive it 4 days before Halloween and e-mail them they again did not respond until 8 PM Halloween night telling me they cannot take back or exchange any mask products for health reasons. Understandable, but the original order was October 4 and Halloween was October 31. Their responses were deceptive, their ordering was inept and their customer service is nonexistent. I had to put a hold on my credit card. Bottom line is I wanted to order one mask and one under covering and they sent me two masks and one under covering, and billed me for everything. Very easy to correct October 4 but they refused to help me.

  Lost $ 350 Dec of 2020. Purchase was deceiving using a home depot stolen page for the items I bought. Products were NEVER DELIVERED! NO MONEY RETURNED! DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM DUVELY...DUVELY SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Money came out of disability pay!

  Extremely disappointed with my order! Ordered a Halloween advent calendar for my boyfriends birthday. The quality was HORRIFIC considering I paid $50 for it. It was foam in a cheap cardboard box. The item was NOT as advertised either. Was supposed to be all Halloween items, but included random items that had nothing to do with the box despite the fact that the picture depicted it as such. I will NEVER be purchasing from this company again.

  Bait and Switch, they sell you one one thing upfront and then send you something different. Phone number goes to a voice mail that's always full. Reported them as fraud to my cc company.
