Put a down payment on a place last year. Prices went up so high on lot rent and interest we cant afford to live here. Them not wanting to give my deposit back. Talked with *****, he was rude short and nasty about my situation. I really need my deposit returned to me. The Preserve is not a place I care to live in. Fired everyone in sales department because they were told to work 7 days a week.

Sub-par quality workmanship; empty promises; bait-and-switch, you name it. Bought a brand new home in the community, and no one wants to fix it to make it look brand new. Wrong color siding and roof. Gashes on walls, globs of plaster on walls, stuff not caulked, different textures. Come to fix the problems, with different color white paint, along with glossy vs semi-gloss. Yard not graded, nails, screws, gutter trim left in yard, and they threw sod down. Still waiting for back yard sod. Package included 20 plants and 2 trees, received 16 plants and 2 trees. Concrete has black and rust in it. Garage door was supposed to be 9 feet high and is 7 feet. For the first three weeks, we didn't have garage door openers. Had to have garage door serviced because the screws were loose and the door didn't always open. Light covers falling off, 4 so far. Leaks between house and lanai. Paid $2850 for upgraded stainless steel appliances, received no microwave. I bought all four aplliances for my home for $2600!!! Was told lot rent hadnt gone up, get here and now lot rent will go up 5% a year to maintain the propperty. Meanwhile, the sports ************** are full of bugs and spiderwebs. I have seen doors on backwards, including deadbolts, at multiple places! How do these things pass inspection?! Management is difficult to deal with. No one wants to fix anything but they sure will take your money.
