      We purchased and closed on our new construction home October 21,2021. When we closed we were given loaner appliances of a refrigerator and a dishwasher. These were a lesser price, size and model than what we had purchased in our contract. Almost a year later, we still do not have our refrigerator and dishwasher. We have asked about status to be told it was still in process. We have asked for compensation that we paid to buy our own. We have asked to be substituted. We have asked for updates to find our appliance models are no longer made. We just want these 2 appliances we are due.

      All appliances were delivered to customer on October 11, 2022. The loaner appliances were picked up when the new appliances installed. No outstanding issues to date.
