    This is my second time using 365 Car Transport company to transport a vehicle from Northern California to the very southern part and I haven’t been disappointed in any way! Michael Kulp always took the time to answer any questions that I might have and to explain in detail what the next steps will be so the vehicle will get to the final destination without any problems or delays!! MICHAEL YOU ARE AWESOME!

    First they broker out my car transport to an uninsured firm who actually double brokers it out to another uninsured and illegally registered trucking company that stole the identity of another company. They show up and won't take the car off the trailer. I won't pay they until they do. The driver takes off and is now trying to extort money from me to get the car. He sends me a photo of the car sitting in a field with the windows open. I was trying to deal with the owner of 365 Car Transport, *****, who promised a lot but delivered nothing. Then an arm breaker named *** called and rough talked me then told me they were going to do nothing and I am on my own! Gotta love South *******. 365 Car Transport is the one that negligently brokered the move to an uninsured and improperly registered broker, which is illegal. Now they will do nothing. Stay away from these people!

    I was supposed to have my car picked up three days before the date they came . It did not come until the day that I needed to leave. Thats #1 then the car arrived later than it said it would arrive #2 The main part us I paid $250 deposit before the would even dispatch someone to come ok and the agreement was total 850 and I had to pay 600 on drop off . I have proof, the guys come to drop my car off they said that I owe $950 I was only supposed to pay 600 more. He then proceeded to tell me I didnt pay 250 deposit when I have the bank receipt and I also called the bank and the bank said it was taken out of my account , he also said he charged me more because of snow which none of this was in my contract. Then he proceeded to curse me out, called me all kinds of effers and all kinds of bs very disrespecting a woman and told me that if I dont pay, hes gonna put my car in storage and collect storage fees proceeded to hang up on me several times. I had to end up giving him the extra $300 so now it went from $850 to **** . Thank god my bank is filing a refund complaint.,and they gave me my money back that he got for deposit but claim he didnt b. Big rip off company . Please spread this he cant do this to no one else. I just read in other complaint he did same thing . I screenshot it . Wow stay away from this company
