    Este seor que est dando este problema est hablando sin razn alguna ya que l no **** ningn contrato con mi empr*** , si fuera as que demuestre lo contrario que **** en mi empr*** , l solamente hizo algunos delivery por qu mi camion estaba roto en ese momento pero fue en ocasiones ; yo esos trabajos se los pagu por va ***** , lo cheque que l habla y tiene en su poder es de mi trabajo y de mi empr***,l no tiene por qu tenerlo debi de entregrmelo a mi ,no le corresponde tenerlos por qu ahora los est usando para chantaje,a l no se le debe ningn dinero esos cheques son mos y de la compaa, ahora les est sacando provecho a eso de manera de estafarme as que no tengo que ver con *** cantidad de dinero sin sentdo ,l solo se aprovecha de que en un momento me hizo algunos delivery por roturas de mi ***** eso es todo

    Tengo cada orden del central Dispatch, con los datos de mi camion propio, mi nombre como chofer, cada BOL de entrega firmado por mi y el cliente entre el 1 ******** y el 22 ******** entregue 67 carros trabajando para la compania Lucas Transport Express LLC de los que se me deben , ****** dolares, que fueron pagados por cada cliente  en cheques al momento de la entrega  a nombre de la compania Lucas Transport Express LLC,  los cuales fueron enviados en el momento que  cada  cliente me entrego se envio oportunamente de forma digital a la senora **** ***** **** y a su pareja ***** julio ******* se me adeudan ****** dolares. Tengo ademas mensajes, audios, llamadas y testigos, donde reconocen lo que me deben, me indican posibles fechas pago y formas de pagarme en plazos, usando continuamente distintas justificaciones para retrasar o no pagar hasta el dia ******* ellos   saben que trabaje para ellos durante ese tiempo (***** a *****). La senora ***** ***** **** es la duena de la compania y su Pareja ***** ***** ****** es el chofer de la compania y ellos me ofrecieron trabajar para ellos con un pago mensual mio de 700 dolares por usar su autoridad, ademas en reiteradas ocasiones pedi el seguro de la compania y el lease agreement y tambien tengo *** respuesta guardada. Yo no chantajeo a nadie, considero una difamacion que se me trate de chantajista cuando ellos estan en falta. Ademas es una acusacion hacia mi persona que es penada por la ley como tambien es penado faltar a la verdad.  Hemos tratado de tener respuesta de ellos a traves de telefonos, carta certificada, redes sociales sin xito, Que la senora **** ***** muestre comprobantes ******** realizdos a mi cuenta de ****************. Yo puedo mostrar mis estados de cuenta. El objetivo de esta denuncia a la empr*** LUCAS TRANSPORT EXPRESS LLC Y SU REPRESENTANTE **** ***** **** ES QUE PAGUEN LO QUE DEBEN, QUE NO FALTEN A LA VERDAD Y QUE NO LE PASE A OTRA PERSONA. Seguire hasta donde sea PARA QUE LA VERDAD SALGA A LA LUZ  CON  todos los antecedentes y pruebas que tengo que demuestran el vinculo entre ambas partes durante los meses ****** mayo y junio 2024.

    La Duena de la empresa y su esposo mienten descaradamente, ellos saben que deben ese dinero, que lo que hicieron es una estafa y que demuestre las transacciones que me hizo por *****, no las tiene porque no las hizo, que demuestre como la estoy chantajeando no puede porque no es cierto. lo unico que hacen es mentir y robar, sin importar dejar una familia sin sus ingresos.

    LUCAS TRANSPORT EXPRESS LLC is holding my vehicle title. They transported my vehicle from the auction and initially promised to mail the title. However, they later claimed to have lost the title and have since stopped responding to our calls. Replacing the title through the auction will cost nearly $300

    The title of the Odeassy Yoblo car was in my truck for several days since it was forgotten to be delivered by the driver and the client did not ask for it nor did he remember his title, the driver was too slow to remember, but then I returned to take his title and I was calling him and he never answered the phone, so I had to return, then I couldn't come back, I was working in another state and it became difficult to come back again, then I told him that I was going to send it by mail on Monday the 15th of July and on Sunday, July 14, they stole my truck with everything and trailer and they took inside the truck all the documents and the title of that person also, which now I cannot return that title will not be in my hands, it was stolen, I wrote it down. happened

    1. He never attempted to contact me, despite my numerous calls and texts since May 15, as shown in the attached screenshot.
    2. He is now claiming that he lost the title, so he must pay $300 to reissue a new title from the Auto Auction.

    My name is ************************. I am filing complaint against car hauler by the name : LUCAS TRANSPORT EXPRESS LLC. their address is : ******************************************************. The driver's name is : ***** ******************************. Their phone number is: **********. I assigned this carrier to transport my vehicle from Copart auto auction to be delivered to my dealer from ******* ***** to ******* *******. Cost of transportation is $500. Date of pick up from Copart is February 28th 2024. On march 2nd the driver calls me and asks me to transfer him full amount of transportation cost before delivery. According to him he doesnt have money for gas to make it to *******. I told him that i will pay him only upon delivery. He got mad and dropped the call. On march 3rd , the next day he shows up near my dealer and tells me that he brought my vehicle but he cant unload it because 2 other vehicles on his trailer are not operable and he would need a ******** to unload them first before unloading my vehicle. I told him that on Sundays businesses do not work and that he would need to arrange it on monday. I also noticed that he damaged the front bumper of my vehicle by puting too close to another vehicle on his trailer. I pointed the damage to him and i also took a picture of it. He then gets mad and tells me that he wants payment for my vehicle now because he doesnt have money for gas. I told him that my vehicle is still on his trailer and i did not took a possession . I will make a payment when vehicle is on the ground. He got even more mad and told me that from now on , he will not deliver my vehicle to ******* until i make the payment via Zelle, the full amount plus he will charge me $30 fee every day for delaying the payment. I told him that it is a FRAUD to demand the money before delivery just because he needs money for gas. He said do not call him and text him until i transfer him money. His dispatcher is also aware of this situation and she is not doing anything to solve this. I am writing this complaint for other people to see that this Auto Carrier is a big SCAM. Stay away from them. I dont even know what to do at this point. Please advise.

    Mi respuesta a esta queja que para mi no tiene fundamentos es una confusin y una mala interpretacin de la cosas , me llamo ******************* la duea de la compaa ,le explico que el chofer de la compaa hablo con el dueo ********* ,era un ****** frontier 2023 , antes de entregarle el carro para que le pagara el pago de ese carro para poder buscar un forlikf y garantizar que el carro se pudiera bajar sin problemas ya que ese carro es inoperable y tampoco **** llaves , ademas tenia dos carros ms ******* de el , que ****** eran inoperable no haba medios como bajarlo si no se pagaba un forlikf para bajarlo, el chofer estaba buscando alternativas como poder bajarlo del trailer , que eso no es responsabilidad del chofer , el solo traslada el carro no tiene que bajarlo, el responsable de bajar el carro es el dueo y por ese motivo el dueo se ******* por que mi chofer estaba buscando pagar un forlik para poder bajar el carro cosa que a l chofer no le corresponde y l estaba tratando de ayudar a resolver por qu estaba perdiendo adems horas de trabajo y de cumplir con los dems clientes por ese carro ya estn muy atrasados y el cliente se ofendi por ese motivo ah no hubo ni amenaza ni ********** que l est informando todo es una mal entendimiento de la ellos y una mala interpretacin de las cosas y una mala actitud de este cliente de querer hacer dao a una compaa que solo lo que hizo fue querer ayudarlo con su trasporte y todo estuvo bien con la entrega su carro en buen estado sin ningn dao y el pago s pago sin problema es decir todo estuvo bien , les pido disculpas a todos por esto y les pido que me ayuden a resolver este problema que para mi todo es min mal entendido por que la realidad es que ah o xito ningn problema gracias
