      On April 22nd, 2024 I paid for a Cymilium order by **** card from the website "Cymilium.com" in the amount of $43.24 which included shipping. It's now June 4th, 2024 and I have not yet received my product order. Multiple e-***************** calls over the past weeks to contact this company (@ **************) have been futile with absolutely no response to my inquiries for delivery or refund.I've noticed that the website is "not secure" which leads me to believe that there is foul play, or even intentional fraud. The company, St. ******************* Medical Research ***************************** head, ******************* seem to now be complete ghosts. According to what I've read on the BBB website, I'm not the first to be in exactly the same predicament.

      October 16, 2022. I ordered 5 packages of Cymilium total $187.04 Cust Id SOhara ***** I placed this order and never received it. I placed another order the following month thinking I had forgot to order. After talking to a man at Cymilium I did receive the 2nd order. I had told him about the Oct order and he promised to send it too. Never received the Oct order. I have sent about 6 or 7 online requests thru their website for this order. No calls back to me. Nothing. Completely .ignoring me. I've requested a refund. No response. This company needs to be investigated by ******* State ************************ for fraud. They are taking payments and not sending out orders

      On 7/24/2022 I ordered and paid for a box of Cymillium. The cost was ***** that includes shipping. I have never received the product. I called left messages. I sent in a question through the website. No responses.

      On June 23, 2022, I placed a double order for Cymilium with ***********************, using the website order form that I've used a couple of times a year for 12 years. I received a tracking email from the **** which told me the tracking info had been filed but the package had not been received by the post office. After several weeks past, I had not received the product, and the tracking info hadn't been updated. I emailed the company several times and got no reply. I telephoned them several times and no one answered the phone. I telephoned daily, and finally a man answered the phone. He listened attentively and promised to reship the product, ironically concluding with, "Don't wait so long to contact us next time."This time I did NOT receive a tracking email, and once again the shipment never arrived. I emailed, got no reply. I phoned and left a message. I contacted **************** and requested a chargeback, which I received immediately. I still needed the product, and have found no other source, so I placed a new TRIPLE order, thinking the previous failure was a glitch.The following day - now September 10!! - I received a phone call FROM St. *******************! I was in my car and couldn't take notes, but the man I spoke to apologized profusely and SWORE to me that they were going to make up both orders -- 5 packages of cymilium -- PLUS send me a 6th package FREE for my trouble and patience. He promised that I would receive tracking information immediately and the packages would arrive soon. I said I would reverse the chargeback as soon as the product arrived. Today is September 27, 2022, and of course I *never* received any tracking info, and I never received any cymilium. Honestly, I think the company has probably gone out of business but someone is still processing credit cards and occasionally answering the phone to throw customers/victims off.

      I've been trying to figure out how to follow-up on my complaint about the St ******************* company and their sale of skin treatment Cymilium. 


      I take it they refuse to reply to my BBB complaint. I had several more emails from them (accidentally deleted, to my sorrow), in which an unnamed employee became quite abusive and told me that I had better shop elsewhere (for a product ONLY this company makes, as far as I know). That was followed by a soothing, signed email by the president of the company, assuring me that my order would be filled immediately. Then another email telling me that the order had shipped. 

      TWO WEEKS LATER I actually received a small package containing 3 tubes of Cymilium. Not the 5 I had ordered - not the SIX they had promised "for my trouble", but 3, and I'm satisfied. LEERY, but satisfied.
