    0 stars these people are literally terrible go anywhere else on ***** but this place they dont even care to help their own community!!!

    I have my taxes prepared by this business & had problems with the *** for the last 3 years. I came in contact with *** & was recommended to go back to them so I could have everything redone & corrected. I spoke to a employee her name is ***** the conversation started off ok & quickly escalated because I was trying to explain to her what was going on & she starts to yell at ****** told her at no point did I yell or disrespect you she hangs up I call back because I needed info on what I could do she picks up continues to yell so I put my guard up & yell back let me talk but she hangs up. I go in person try to explain to the owner whats going on ends up giving me the same treatment cusses me out calls me a pig & other names he continues to make me feel hostile kicks me out of his business I stand at the entrance & ask if this is how he treats his customers he charges towards me & yells your a fraud to leave now for a quick second I thought he was going to attack me. Had I not told him I was recording I know he wouldve attacked me. He told me he had recordings of my convo with his ************ told him great lets hear how she disrespected me 1st but ignored me. Stay away from these entitled people/business.
