    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have already attempted to contact them to get them to resolve their mistakes and they ignored my requests until I filled a claim here.  I warned them that I was replacing all the grass they destroyed and needed to come fix all their mistakes before then, which they ignored. I have already replaced the grass they destroyed ($650.00, see copy of receipt). And, the last time they came to fix all their mistakes, they left more of a mess.  I know they will cause more damage when they come, I cant afford to continue to pay for the damage this company does. I do not trust them on my property!

    Not only did I have to pay for additional sod but I am going to have to pay a reputable company to fix their mistakes!

    the 19th because we were having new sod installed to replace all the yard that their company destroyed. I want the post that is broken replaced or I want them to pay for a reputable company to correct their work. I also now want them to replace any grass that will be destroyed while replacing the broken post.

    This company has not even tried to make this situation better. Not once has anyone from A Fence Builders tried to contact me to come to some sort of resolution.

    I contacted three other fencing companies to get a quote to fix their mess. All three said the same, A Fence Builders is 100% at fault. Their work was sloppy and all the issues were as a direct result to their work and product.
    A Fence Builders should pay for the additional grass that I had to purchase to replace what they destroyed and they should pay for a REPUTABLE company to fix their mess. 

    I am still so upset about the lack of customer service that if this does not get handled to my satisfaction, I will be contacting a lawyer to take them small claims court. Trust me, I will follow through, thats how upset I am.

     I already agreed to come fix it (with a different crew this time) as they requested, that was rejected as well, I don't know what else I can do??
