      ******************* stated that he brought on the Diogenes to have a hands on interview and was working about 11 or 12 hours with him that day, riding along and helping him with his project. **** was trying to get a feel for ******** and how'd they work best with each other.

      The consumer was going to be paid $12/hr (totaled to $150.) Due to Diogenes not being able to cover his own uber/ lyft ride, **** assisted him with this and paid for a portion of it. The ride was $69 and **** covered $40. ******** also had lunch which came out to about $15. **** stated that these amounts would just be deducted from his pay and ******** was in agreeance with this and fully aware. **** deducted $50 from ********' pay and left him with $100. When it came time for ******** to get paid for the next job, he didn't show and claimed he was never compensated.
