    Mr. ******************** ******* has no idea about doing gutters or lining swale, yet when I posted on ******** seeking someone to do these, he contacted me immediately promising to do the best job and quick, within 2-3 days. Being so busy and traveling back and forth to **, I agreed with him to do the work, will pay **** in advance for the materials, then the second **** after the job is done. that was on 3/10/23. he never completed the job, was going back to NY so he asked if I can pay the other **** as he will definitely finish today (was 3/18/23), so I did, but once he cashed the check, he stopped answering and never completed the job. when it rained, water came right through between the ceiling and the gutters, there was no pipes on the sides, and the swale work was laughable. I got a new company to re-do them and they immediately said whoever done this has no idea what they were doing. I filed an FTC Report and contacted local police who advised me to report to BBB. I want at least $1300 back, the $300 for swale, and the second $**** that was supposed to be given after the work is completed.

    After recently moving to ******* I was looking for a local handyman to paint, have my floors done, do some work in the kitchen etc. After contracting Alejandro and explaining what I needed we agreed to start with painting. He was scheduled to come at 9am and he didn't show and didn't call. After two hours he finally got in touch and said he was running late. I should have just cancelled than but I didn't want to lose my deposit. He showed up almost 3 hours after the scheduled appointment with two other guys and they painted my daughter's bedroom and bathroom. The paint job was awful. They got paint on the carpet, paint on the ceilings, moldings, the floor in the bathroom and it looks sloppy. I had already agreed to have him spray paint all my closet doors, he told me he would need to take them with him in order to do it properly. This was in July of 2022, it is now March 2023 and I have yet to receive my doors back. He was paid in full for all services, painting my daughter's bedroom and bathroom, painting (16) closet doors and he was paid for the paint as well. After reaching out to him multiple times and him telling me days he would come and bring me my doors he has never showed up. He told me my doors rusted sitting in his warehouse, they are wood doors, he said he would touch them up, than he said that he would replace them at no cost to me. Yet he was supposed to show and he promised he would bring my doors multiple times and I have been unable to reach him at all. He is unreliable and not trustworthy at all. His work is sloppy and he's extremely unprofessional.
