    ****** was totally unprofessional telling me through text that I need financial help because I did not want to pay for tv boxes after we agreed to a price. She also said I am having financial difficulties and called me a senior citizen and clearly not the case of either. Stay away from solutions moving especially ****** totally an unprofessional scam artist. They are brokers trying to pull a fast one on you.When she has no clue of someones net worth or age shut up !!!!!

    I used this company without realizing they are a broker. They cannot control the costs, even though they give you a quote. That's because the companies they farm the work out to bid on jobs. Companies bid and got my jobs. Moving my 900 sq. ft apartment and transporting my car. I was overcharged for my move and when the day came for my car to be transported from ** to IL the signed contract wasn't honored. I was told "I can't do it for that" while at the same time the driver was on his way. My signed contract was for less than $800 dollars and when they thought they had me over a barrel suddenly it was going to cost over $1200. I was to be reimbursed for the overcharge and have a signed agreement for that as well. I was to be reimbursed within 1 week of signing it has been 4 months. I've made multiple calls with no resolution just empty apologies and promises to "elevate it" with their finance department. They also didn't explain that how they use my first available delivery date is quite different than how I understood it to be and I ended up staying with very generous friends for 18 days waiting for my things to arrive. Don't use this company, they will quote what they can't control and what they don't actually do and they don't honor their contracts, but expect you to, including all their "out of our control" fine print.
