    Look at their site, the review they have up is a doctored review by them. Lol I am almost 5 stars out of hundred of reviews. Let them know Ill be sueing and hopefully you rank them they are a moving broker lol not a verify for quality site. They are lying and slandering I am not the only one who has had this issue with them.

    Verified Movers is a review website, similar to Yelp, or even BBB.  We list all local companies based on locations, and allow users to publish reviews. Reviews can be solely written by website visitors, and do not write any reviews on our own. ****** business profile on which this company has 100+ reviews is a different platform from which we do not copy reviews.

    ************************************************ is not in any way associated with writing of the mentioned review. It was left by one of the website visitors, and our systems did not register any suspicious activity.  Unfortunately it was a negative one, and they didn't have other reviews posted.

    The fact that Verifiedmovers has sponsored companies, does not affect the review process in any way.

    Muscle Moving has never contacted us requesting to remove their profile, or with any questions regarding the review. We would be happy to work with them to contact the customer and ask for a proof that a move was conducted - if we were requested to do so.

    Taking in the consideration this complaint - we will consider that the client requested to be removed from our website - and we will proceed accordingly.

    the bbb needs to look at their platform they are lying they are a moving broker lol so much for the bbb ill cya in court verified hope that one review from a "real" customer saves you as my 500 other reviews say you,re lieing. small claims 10k ill cya here in ********** to my friend

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I did not receive access to my business page and am only able to respond as ***************************** and not as the mover myself. I never made the business page on your website to begin with so either you guys made an account on my behalf without telling me or someone ********* an account for my business in order to slander it. I am requesting you take down the *********************** business page off your website entirely or else I will be pursuing legal action. I have tried to resolve this without the need for that but you all clearly do not want to help me out. I can prove the review is fake and show all the financial statements that prove we never charged anyone near that amount ever. I have no access to my account and cannot respond as Monolith and even if I could, it wouldnt seem trustworthy as its just a reply and I cant attach photos or anything to prove this is untrue. Either take the review down or delete the page entirely or our team will be pursuing legal action.

    erwork needed to disproved every single one of this persons claims as it is simply blatantly slandering of our company. We will take legal action if nothing is done about this. I would like for this review to be removed from my page which again I did not create for my company or for my page to be deleted entirely off your website. Once again this is a blatant attempt at slander on my companys name.

    I have been trying for several days to contact this business to no avail. I had previously left a negative review on their website in error and need to have it taken down as it needs to be retraced. I have emailed and called and they seem are non responsive.
