      Best company I have dealt with, ever. I contacted 2 long tenured roofing contractors in the *************** area rated A+ by the BBB. They both proved to be flakes. I requested that they both me a quote for a roof repair. One never got back to me and the second wanted for me to give them a blank check. They proposed that I pay for however many workers they wanted to send me, and have me pay for their time "portal to portal" ...in other words from the time they moseyed over here from their business to whatever time they sauntered back. I told them to pound sand.Mike's company on the other hand was timely, responsive, and gave me a set price with guarantees. Pictures were provided each step of the way. His workers were great and went the extra mile to do a great job.Having dealt with some less than reputable tradesmen in the area, this company is a breath of fresh air!

      Excellent work and service at a great price! I have used and had estimates from several roofing companies over the last 35 years but **** McGilvary has been the best!His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He diagnosed the problem and offered an estimate promptly including price and time after discussing my options. He showed me pictures of similar work with other customer's roofs and showed me pictures of my roof detailing the work needed. Another company took a week to offer an estimate (given to me three days after **** completed the work!). He didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work or a new roof but rather stuck to the parameters of repairing the existing damage as requested.His crew came on time and completed the work in a very timely fashion exactly as promised with updates and communication throughout. Pictures were provided before, during and after the project. The time needed to complete the work and the price were exactly as promised. The work was guaranteed with a warranty also, and the crew cleaned up the area.The work was great, the price was right, and **** was the best contractor I have worked with. For all my future roofing repairs, I will only be calling ****. His company has been the best!
