    Do not use this company. Their (877) phone number goes to a fax machine and they do not respond to messages on their (800). Also, if you subscribe to webroot it is only a one year contract. Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!! You are full of BS Michael.

    BEWARE! This is a SCAM and hacker company! They held my email address until I paid for their Securities and posed as a YAHOO TECH SUPPORT! Do NOT PAY THEM! I DID NOT PAY THEM!

    Connected to them for Adobe Camera support. Adobe says they never charge for any help...SCAMMERS.

    We were connected to this company when trying to get assistance with our chrome cast connection. We had very efficient assistance during that first call and paid for a lifetime membership of service. Now, trying to reach them again, we are just getting a run around the technical support will contact us and of course that is not happening. ***** D

    Jan. 9, 2021, I got connected to this company while I was searching for support for ORBI mesh products. Spoke with 2 people (*******************************, *********************) at a number in *******. They were efficient and resolved my installation issues (moved to a new home). I paid $199.99 for LIFETIME SUPPORT including new hardware if needed. Now the numbers are all disconnected and there is NO record of this transaction with ORBI! ***************!!!!
