Horrible company They dont return phone calls and they have a answering service company and cant even have their own employee answering the phone to help customers right away Its easier to have open heart surgery completed then dealing with this company.

This situation all happened in less than a day. The customer called multiple times late in the afternoon and received a call back the next day. The remote for the motorized shades in his apartment had been lost by a tenant. My understanding, from our conversation, that he had ordered some on line, that didn't work with his blinds.
He subsequently ordered a new one from us and received it within a week. It worked and his situation was resolved.
We work with an answering service, since there is no one in the office during the day when I am in the field. I have been in business for 14 years and this system works well for us. It is not always convenient to answer a call as soon as it comes in and I try to return the call as soon as I can.
