This place offers high prices without advanced technology or higher quality care Their emphasis on selling pet products over providing adequate customer seating is indicative of misplaced priorities. My visit was disheartening and questions their dedication to animal welfare. I brought in a cat for catheterization, and although the staff appeared friendly at first, their demeanor changed when I attempted to negotiate the excessively high price. The tech became visibly upset, and exhibited rude behavior, she was aware I used a different vet for my dogs spay due to significantly lower prices. While they agreed to discount some items, their unprofessional conduct overshadowed the experience. The following day my cat looked worse. I contacted them for follow-up only to be dismayed by the response from the same rude tech I was informed they would not address my questions or provide assistance because they no longer wished to maintain a relationship with me, citing my attempt to negotiate the price as the reason. This denial of routine follow-up care not only contradicts ethical standards but also violates our financial agreement. While it is evident that our feelings toward each other were mutual, the absence of follow-up care is inexcusable, and they should be held accountable for it.I sought an opinion from another vet & the new tech informed me that they contacted Regal for records& the person they spoke to was very rude. The new vet, said my cat was discharged w/o being clear of crystals, The catheter should have remained overnight Regal doesnt have overnight care but chose to retain my business ,despite the potential risks, rather than allowing a more suitable facility to provide care. They wanted MY MONEY!In conclusion, my experience with Regal was horrid.. Their exorbitant prices, coupled with their lack of professionalism and apparent prioritization of profit over animal welfare, have led me to question their ethics and the quality of care they provide.
