    We discovered a terrible moisture and mold issue that had caused water leakage at multiple spots in our ceiling, down our walls, and water was dripping out of one of our ducts. I called *** and talked to Bubby, explained our findings, and he insisted on coming out that same day to inspect. After a very thorough inspection of the entire system, it was determined that we'd need new duct work and a whole new system ASAP. Work commenced a few days later, and I am absolutely amazed at the professionalism, honesty, and kindness of everyone on the *** team. We ran into some unexpected issues in the attic due to the construction of the house and the framing up there (1970's home), and they handled every issue quickly and efficiently, with full explanations and options given along the way. I really don't think there is anything that these guys can't handle, it was a rough scene in the attic. The new system is running like a champ, and they even solved a 'hot room' issue we'd just dealt with for years. I can't say enough about this team...Bubby, ******* ***** ******* and *********...thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm freezing as I write this review, you have a customer for life. I love you guys!
