I paid a $119 diagnosis fee, they lied to me about supplying my own parts and told me I had to have vehicle towed. I paid the $119 and sent tow truck to get my exterra and they locked it behind gate instead of leaving where I dropped it off at

****************** was made aware of the diagnostic fee at the time he had the vehicle dropped off in our location. He asked to source his own parts, however, he was told that we needed to evaluate the vehicle and that the owner would be asked if ****************** was able to source his own parts. Upon asking the owner stated that because this is not a classic car (which often times we allow parts to be sourced by customer for these cars) he would not be allowed to source his own parts. ****************** then demanded that his vehicle be ready to go on Friday. After that he then stated that he would not be back until Monday and the vehicle would not leave until then. Our business is closed on the weekend and we placed his vehicle in a locked compound to ensure the safety of the vehicle as we would with any other customers vehicle. ****************** chose to have his vehicle towed from the location. The vehicle left here in the same condition that it was dropped off in so no refund is warranted as it was his choice to remove it via tow truck.

We have had to contact the local authorities due to ********************** continued harassment of our employees and we have filed a report. We have also notified Mr. ******* that he is not welcome on the property at this time. We have requested that he not contact our office any further and future harassments such as this complaint will be handled as torturous interference with a corporation. We will not hesitate to use the full extent of protections provided by law to achieve our protection.

On February 2, 2023 $2000 was paid to harrells automotive for an air conditioning unit for a classic car we were told 12 weeks max after the first three months via email and phone heard nothing crickets so I reached out to my Discover and canceled the transaction. After not hearing anything the same day the credit card company did the reversal Ramona reached out to me from Main Street. Auto did tell me everything was being shipped within that week. Fast forward three months later it is now September 5 I just received a text message not a phone call Saying that they're still waiting on parts it's been eight months!!! I feel this company has taken my money and it's holding me hostage.

When Mr ***** contacted about the AC system it was discussed that the supplier was a minimum of 12-16 weeks out before shipping could occur. Since that time, there have been some supply chain issues that have caused us delays. We have been promised by the company several times that things would ship and so far the final things we need still have not reached us. We have tried to pass along all information that we have had in reference to this build to Mr. *****. I have been forced to change his drop off date several times as it would not make sense to drop it off prior to having all of the parts. Mr. ***** is not the only person that we are waiting for these AC parts for and at this point, it looks like it still might be some time as the strike is now affecting our industry.

We will certainly let Mr. ***** know when all of his parts are in, and those can be shipped to his location. At this point, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer and we will gladly call Mr. ***** when all of his parts are here and we can arrange for him to get them.
