      Hired to power wash & haul off debris.
      On 8/31/2022 Jamie T***** & I reviewed my home & sheds vinyl siding for a price to power wash them.
      We went over the debris that need hauled off.
      Tampa's Complete On Syte Carpentry LLC reroofed my home in 2018 and has clean debris off the roof and power washed several times. They have always performed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.
      We settled on a price of $ 350.00 and I paid in full, by check # 1019 dated 8/31/22 payable to Jamie T***** as requested.
      Jamie was to start Friday 9/2/2022 but instead I received a text that he worked the night before and slept in. On 9/13/22 @ 10:30 AM Jamie hauled off a few bags of yard debris and a patio table. I was told he would dump these and needed to pick up his wheel barrel. Later that day Jamie, never returned, said his truck broke down.
      Since 9/13/2022 Jamie and I have texted and had a few conversations.
      The last text from Jamie on Saturday 10/1/2022 @ 12:11 PM "Can we plan on next week Wednesday". I responded if he is
      referring to 10/5 but have not had a response.
      I have since made other arrangement for power washing the home and shed. I proposed by text to Jamie to refund $ 200.00 for the power washing and he finished hauling off the remaining debris.
      Since the bulk of the debris have not been hauled off, I'll make other arrangements and now expect a refund of $ 75.00.
      Now I expect a refund of $ 275.00 which I believe to be more than fair.
      It has now been 35 days and I need to move on.
