An order of EXTRA products over and above the one (1) product ordered was shipped to me regardless of my repeated attempts to cancel. I returned the order, unopened, to the company with all the information they requested on the outside of the box. I have a **** MAIL receipt that this box was picked up at the address the company asked it be mailed to on January 31, 2025 at 9:08am. After repeated calls to the company, and repeated assurances that my refund was expedited, and that I would get an email telling me that, I HAVE RECEIVED NO REFUND AND NO EMAILS!!Initial Complaint

Saw ad on ******** selling Mounja Burn. Paid $177 for three bottles with a 60 day 100% money back guarantee. Bought on November 28, 2024. Called today, January 27, 2025 and told ***** (whom I spoke with) that I was dissatisfied with the product and that I only used 2/3 of one bottle and the other two bottles were sealed. She tried to offer me $91.45 back. I told her that I wanted to send the product back and as advertised I wanted my full 100% money back. I told her that I would contact my credit card company and the BBB because I believe this product and the company was a fraud. I purchased this dietary supplement sold as a weight loss aide on 12/13/2024. I purchased 8 bottles for $294. and 6 bottles for $290. Then they called and hinted that if I didn't get the supplements, then it wouldn't work, so I ordered the supplements for $441. I never received the first box of 8 bottles. The box with 6 bottles arrived with only 3 bottles. The supplements arrived correctly. When I read what the ingredients of the product are: chromium picolinate is #1: I realized that my doctor has advised that I not take this supplement. The phone order told me the other 4 ingredients but left this one out. I called their support line to ask for a way to return the products, (all unopened and unused) within their 60 day money back guarantee. They issued a refund for $294 and $114. They told me to return the supplements with an authorization of B13FD02DCD20 and to call ************ with the tracking number so I could be issued $396 for the $441 because of the re-stocking fee which I understand. When I called to give the tracking number the worker refused to give me any money back. She said it was their policy to only refund one time. I wish I could have just taken the supplement and not had all of this hassle.I have paid them $1025. They have refunded $408. I considered buying a product called Mounja Burn, a weight loss supplement, on 11/18/24. I put in all of my information (including credit card info) but before confirming the order I did a little research and decided against it because the company/product did not seem legit. I returned to the website and closed out the tab without confirming the purchase. Later that evening I received multiple phone calls (one after another) from computer generated numbers. I answered once because the # appeared to be local. It was a *** from Mounja Burn asking me to confirm my order. I told her I didnt want the product and I wasnt approving the purchase. I got a bad feeling and immediately checked my credit card account which had already been charged $294. I called my cc company and they said to wait because it was still pending and may not go through. Unfortunately it posted the following day, 11/19. I reached out to the company multiple times through email arguing that I did not confirm the purchase and asking them to refund my money. They offered a compensation of 35%, then 50% and finally 75%. When I continued to ask for a refund they told me I would have to pay return shipping and pay a restocking fee. I dont feel this is fair nor do I feel confident that if I returned the product that I would get my money back, instead I would be out the cost of shipping too. Additionally, I referred to the website (which was different than the one I ordered from), and nowhere on the site did it say anything about a restocking fee. Im very concerned about the authenticity of this website and the product considering the original website I purchased the product from no longer exists and the email listed on the new site was also different. I have further concerns regarding the phone calls I received asking me to confirm my order (which I did NOT do), and then the product being shipped anyhow. Attached sequence of transactions/communications.
I never received an order confirmation, first communication was the shipping confirmation previously attached. Therefore I cannot prove that I did NOT sign up for a subscription.
It took a few month for me to realize what the transactions were, since the company on the statement didnt match the company on the shipping confirmation. At first thought it was my husbands nutritional products, but my shipments kept coming!

Stolen money from my account, $200.00 more than advertisement, $39.97 for three bottles gummy bears, two bottles free, they sent an immation product which Doesn't even work. I want my STOLEN $200.00 back and if possible my $39.97 for the wrong products Delivered. Thank you very much. This is False Advertising so they Should Return all my money. Also be discontinued from selling fake gummies for weight loss, it's not a joke to me at all, they are Liers and Thieves.
