  Omg They are so not telling the truth she didnt call me. I called her when I got back to work. All the guys were laughing at me because I did not have my hubcaps on when I did call her. I was ******. She told me she didnt have my number come on You dont have caller ID she said yeah He just told me about it. We were gonna put them back for you like they were doing me a favor OMG. Im a customer now. Ive gotta take time out of my day off my clock again Where in tear on my vehicle my gasto go back and get my hubcaps that you forgot to put back on, That should be the obligation of a business. My car was still tore up, so it took me a couple weeks to go get my hubcaps which was not crucial to getting my car fixed The kid bought him out. He asked me where I wanted them. My back window was down. I said just Put them in the backseat I didnt wanna them Touching my car no more. I cant believe that they said they did that. Let me tell you something when I roll up to work. Im on camera. My car is on camera. Im In a gated fenced in area cameras all over me We can roll some show. Those were not on when I got back from getting them because he did not put them on not only that theres always three or four people standing out front witnesses. My hubcaps were not on So I dont know what they think they got put on my car, but my car straight up the story those hubcaps were not on when I got back. I can tell you what time I clocked out and I clocked back in. And I got phone records to proof I called her. She did not call me. Oh he did call me back. Her husband did to cuss me out and hang up. What are they mad about what is wrong with people Oh yeah, no biggie We put your hubcaps up just come back and get them. It is a big deal. I gotta get back in my car. Use my gas to go back Because you didnt do your job All those people working for them they should have had the integrity to have one of those people bring me my hubcaps because they left them off Why should I be inconveniented Its not only about Hubcaps integrity and charging me for something I never asked Like rotating my tires In charge of me $25 when I never ask you to do it I paid it because I had to get back to work. I was already late. She told me it wouldnt even take 30 minutes. I was over an hour. I was going to buy new tires Rotate tires gonna get new tires Why would I rotate Raggedy tires They couldve made a tire sale. They were running around like chickens with their Heads cut off all the people were. Were making comments about it Not finishing one thing before they start another he even said he did test drive my car and when he got back and I said is it better does it still have that squeak? He said well which one oh my omg I just shake my head people?

  All of our alignments comes with a three months warranty and its stipulated on the receipt. Why did she go to another place to pay for an alignment if she had warranty with us? Rotating tires sometimes is necessary to do an alignment because we cant to a good alignment with worn out, old or separated tires and in most cases the rear tires are better than the front ones because people tend to forget to rotate tires. We offer rotating tires and if the customer agrees we proceed. For this particular situation we cant proceed with a refund because she had the option to come back to us and get the alignment re checked but instead she decided to go to another shop, take their word and spend money on another alignment.

  About the hub caps, we called the customer about 20 minutes after she left to let her know that our tech forgot to put back the hub caps. Customer started cursing at us over the phone, we told her that we would put them in a safe place for when she comes back. She decided to disrespect us over the phone, which I hung up the call. A few days later customer came back and we put the hub caps back on. We have video footage of everything.
