To whom it may concern, On 12/05/2024 my wife and I and our two SERVICE DOGS went to a 7-Eleven store (********************** @***********). I went to the Slurpee machine and my wife was looking snacks. Approximately 5 minutes later we head to the registered to proceed with our purchase. We are then met with the a female employee who was previously in a disagreement with an another employee- she aggressively told us that she needed to see our dogs service papers or we need to leave. I proceeded to inform her that legally I did not have to show her their papers and it was illegal for her to ask me anything other than two questions:1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? She then became very upset and told us that we were not allowed to proceed with our purchase and that we needed to leave the store. I was mortified because I have never ran into this problem with our dogs before. She then called out the same employee she was in an argument with- who she called "manager" and he also told us that we need to show papers or leave. Wanting to just complete my purchase and leave; I reluctantly showed her our service dogs papers, but continued to try to educate her on what she is allowed to ask and isn't allowed to ask a service handler. She then grabbed the items out of my hands and threw them behind the counter and told my wife and I to leave the store. We told her we would be calling the police as we stepped outside. When we stepped outside to call the police there was another customer that was sitting outside and stated to us that another employee ask her for her service dog papers ever visit as well and that the manager is also extremely rude. While we were on the phone with the police the female employee proceeds to come outside and harass us telling us to leave. I told her that we were waiting for the police. she then laughed in our faces. Police case number 24-114388 ***********

12-11-2023 I pumped $12.01 in gas and paid with my card at the pump. Went to get a coffee after and my card was declined. I went to my bank account online and saw the gas station held out $73.01. So I went back to the gas station who told me that my bank did that not them they have no control over that. My bank has never done that. So I drove right to my bank and showed them my account online with my phone and they looked at it they told me they did not hold that the gas station does. While we were standing there we watched the $73 hold cleared and the $12.00 charge cleared out of my account. I spoke to the manager at the bank who printed out the transaction and it clearly showed the gas station did it. I went bank to the gas station and even with the proof they still lied to my face that my bank did it. It has to be illegal to charge some almost 6 times more than their purchase.
