  We had TRU GRIT GARAGE FLOORING do our garage floor and it looked great but after it had dried, we noticed that there were cracks around most of the garage where the floor met the walls. When I asked about this, I was told that the foundation had settled. We live in a middle unit condo that is 35 years old and any settling would have occured years ago. We went back and forth for weeks and they were refusing to fix the mistakes.After many weeks they agreed to fix the problem and sent some technicians out to fix the floor and they knew right away that what the previous workers had not done to create the problem. They did a good job fixing everything and were very professional.Before they fixed the problem, we noticed that there was also a spot that had bubbled up and told them about it when they came to fix the other problem. They said that they didn't have a color to match our floor but would inform the office when they got back. The continued to ghost us until I said that I was going to leave a bad review. They then said that they were having employee and supply problems but would get with scheduling to get it scheduled. I haven't heard anything since then.Please do your homework and don't ignore bad reviews. They are there for a reason.

  These Clowns also done business with me and screwed my pool up 2 times. Then I complain and they said they went out of business. But the same people answer the phone of you call. These guys are a joke and screwed me out of 9K.

  Tru Grit Coatings LLC exceeded my expectations with their exceptional customer service and high-quality work. I recently had my garage floor coated, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. The coating is durable and looks fantastic. I highly recommend Tru Grit Coatings LLC for any of your coating needs.

  BUYER BEWARE! James will talk a good talk. Seemed like a great guy. But the materials they use don't hold up. In less than a year our blue coating had white blotches all over the place. They redid it, which we were initially super impressed with. Then a few weeks after they redid it, more discoloration and the coating was peeling off in numerous areas. I was communicating with Chris and he stopped responding to me. Then, on May 1st he finally gets back to me and asked me to fill out the warranty work order form. I did. 2 weeks later i asked what's going on. No response. A few days later i asked again. No response. Then today i called their 2 different numbers multiple times. Left 3 voicemails. About 30 seconds after the last voicemail i recieve the email that I've included in the photos. Stating that they dissolved that business name effective April 1st. Even though he communicated with me about the warranty on May 1st.... I currently have an appointment set with my attorney as this job was $6k that i could've used for a real pool coating. They are the same people offering the same services and have the same location. Just changed the name to get out of warranty work and who knows, maybe some kind of tax situation. We'll let the attorneys dig into that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unless you like wasting your hard earned $....

  After 2 years, the company finally reached out to me and returned our money. We wanted to do this business the courtesy of just removing this review, however that it not something the BBB allows. So we are changing it to a 3 star rating and adding this.

  We have issues with dips on our pool deck and lanai and they refuse to come out and remedy the problem. I have tried for over a year to no avail they do not answer my calls. It is disappointing to have spent that amount of money and not get customer service after the job was finished. We actually were going to use them for other jobs, NOT NOW!!!
