      Florida Licensed Engineers buyer beware. I contacted them in April to draft plans for a room in our home that was destroyed by ******. We paid the deposit and they only communicated with us via email once in a while despite many phone calls and emails to them. The email gave me a timeline of when my order would be ready. I had a few questions and reached out to them, left many messages and I didnt receive any responses. Deadline came and went and still nothing. I pay the final payment and head to ****** to get my permit. Not only were the drawings incomplete as it didnt show any of the work previously done, but they included blueprints for a home in ***** for which they based our drawings. I have called them multiple times and left multiple messages and still nothing. We have deadlines that are fast approaching and they refuse to communicate with me. I am going to report them to the state but that does nothing to help with our home that still needs work done.

      dont do anything with them they bunch scammers from owner **** and all other project managers works for him(*******,**** and nima )they dont answer calls or emails after they got ur money.....what ever they say its bunch OF LIES

      Stop playing games with people. Ive been reaching out to the company and project managers, and its been three years since the order was started, yet its still not completed. The only response we ever get is the occasional, I just want to give you an update that the team is working hard to complete, and then nothingjust more disappointment over and over again STOP TAKING MORE JOB ..YOU DONT HAVE THE MAN POWER TO FINISH WHAT U HAVE ALREAY . Youre drowning in your own grid, stuck in the mess you created. All these delays and mistakes have caused me and my family tremendous stress, anxiety, and financial loss

      I paid $900 and after a month nothing I have not received any plans. Left message to ****** and emailed the person who came out. This appears to be a scam.

      Those mother ******* stolen my money i paid a lot of money for my home plan i never received and i make a lot of call , message , txt , email and never get back any call this is a scammer people do not try call or hire this company i still try contact them but nothing so , i have to start a sue them i will do this and in my case im not going to stop until find and put those people in jail for fraud .
