Absolute scam. Trying their hardest not to cover engine failure in my rxpx 300 with 40hours on it. 40! They don’t even listen to the dealership who has gone to bat for me. They made me provide all my business information EIN registration article of incorporation because my own shop (we do alot of marine work) has done 2 of the 4 yearly oil changes. What a scam!!

Do not TRUST and certainly Do Not Buy this extended warranty. I purchased the extended warranty on my lightly used CanAm. I did not use the warranty and started the process for the refund as explained in the plan. I should have known I was in for a ride as takes 6 months to process the refund . They denied my claim because they initiated the 60 month warranty when it was sold the first time not when I bought it. I called and they said I could start a dispute claim. I asked to speak to the manager. They would not do that. I asked for the managers name. They said I could look it up on ****** and refused to provide the information. I called the dealership. They are trying to assist in the recovery. The dealership no longer sells the extended warranty through torque as they have numerous complaints about them refunding money. We have the documentation stating the start date of the warranty. The agent I spoke with had the same document in her hand's but refused to refund the money. She insisted that I initiate a review. I asked who would review the review. She would not answer. Very shady and likely illegal. Will be pursuing this!

Have a 2017 CF Moto UForce 800 that i got brand new. Took to dealer for crankcase oil leak and said engine has failed causing high crankcase pressure. Dealership gave them their diagnosis and Torque denied it because of a snowplow on the machine, windshield, roof, rear window, and because there was “dirt” in the oil. I am a 10+ year certified technician. I will do my own services. They also denied because of no service history. They wont cover anything unless you leave it sit in you garage and not ride it and even still will probably deny the claim because you didnt change oil on it enough because of it sitting there or because it has “modifications” done. They wont cover anything if you have any accessories on it. Huge waste of money and the biggest scam. I did send an oil sample out and am waiting on results and will be reaching out to my attorney.

HORRIBLE EXPERENCE! Took my sons 2021 RZR 1000 in to the shop because it started smoking when he was riding it . Was in the shop for 6 months then was told Torque warranty would not cover the motor that some how got water in it and locked it up because of rider error !! I mean come on its a side by side your gonna ride it and there was supposedly a crack in the breather that water got into and locked it up and that is our fault and they will not cover!! Been fighting this since October 2021!! Ridiculous to buy a warranty and then get done this way! So now my son has a $450 a month rzr payment on a $26,000 rzr , his first ever big boy purchase and hasn't gotten to ride it since last year and it was sent home from dealer with the motor in pieces laying in the back of it! And until he can come up with thousands of dollars to replace the motor its useless!! Its a shame because this was the 8th Polaris razor we have owned and we even purchase one after he did his but have since sold ours because of the nightmare we have been threw with this one!! WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER POLARIS OR TORQUE WARRANTY!!!!!
