    On 07/29/23 I received a denial letter from this company for a rental property stating that it was due to past Criminal convictions. Upon speaking with the company that was used for the background check, it was discovered that their information was incorrect that there was no past criminal convictions. Fhc management is using a background checking system that is inaccurate but will not refund my money even though I have proven that the system they used was not accurate. I have a claim number from the ********** background check dispute that has been filed and all supporting documents.
