This was the worst and most expensive oil change I have ever had. I wish I could leave 0 starts but 1 is the lowest. Jiffy Lube broke my oil filter housing while changing my oil. The young man that did my oil change was unprofessional, and had no knowledge of what he was doing. So in a nutshell shell. -When I left Jiffy Lube my truck over heated, and all of my fluids came out the bottom. -Jiffy Lube told me to tow my truck back to them. They tried to fix it but said they needed me to tow it to the dealership and they would open a claim on their end to pay for the damages. -At the last minute they denied the claim. Wont send me a denial letter which I have asked ****** (the regional manager) for several times. -They 100% caused these issues but will not take responsibility now that the bill from Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge is $1,607.00. I feel like they played me, and knew they were never going to pay the bill. So a $100.00 oil change ended up costing me a little over $2,000.00 between the $1,600.00 from the Jeep dealership, two tows, and not to mention I didnt have my vehicle for over a week. I had to borrow a vehicle to get back and forth to work, and below you will see the text between myself and ****** (the regional manager) from Jiffy Lube. Very unprofessional and they will never get a ***** of my money again. I told ****** and everyone at store # ** on S ****** in ********, ** that I was not going to just go away. I have hired an attorney now so we will see what happens. Very disappointed, ****** off, and just can not believe the horrible service. *******There is one person at Jiffy Lube that I do want to say thank you to. ******* the assistant manager. ******* was very helpful, knowledgeable, and really tried to help me****As for ****** (the regional manager, and ***** (the store manager) the two of you are horrible at your jobs and I hope you learn something from this.

On 11/03/2024 I went into the Jiffy Lube located in *********** on *************. The service I requested was just an oil change. They convinced me that I needed power steering fluid added and a brake flush. All of this cost $330.23. The same day my 2020 Jeep started to idle at **************************************************************** left. I contacted the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from and both a mechanic and a parts manager said the power steering fluid they provided (Full Throttle) does not belong in the power steering system. It will also not mix with the other power steering fluid currently in the vehicle. I took it to a mechanic across the street from my job to see what else could possibly be wrong and was astonished that he revealed that there was no possible way my brakes could have been bleed. The brake fluid also looked as if it was never changed. Looking back to my receipt I noticed they marked my coolant reservoir as being "checked". The ***************** is located next to brake fluid reservoir. So I came to the conclusion that my brake fluid was never checked and they sold it to me prior to even looking, or it was never touched at all. If it was sold to me and the brakes weren't bleed then that is negligence and puts me in great danger. I contacted the **** *. at the store once I found this out and he told me to call the next day when the store manager was in. When called the next day, he was very combative and said over and over "I've been a mechanic for 30 years, there's no way the wrong fluid is in there". I stated the dealership gave me the specification number to the power steering fluid and he couldn't "find" one on the power steering fluid they provided. After him arguing for ************************************************************* take it to a dealership and they will pay for damages if there is any caused by the shop. He agreed to email everything going on and I haven't been provided anything to move forward.
