      Service advisor **** ******* was very attentive and professional. He kept me informed without being pushy and completed service as promised. He made my visit very pleasant. Also the young lady who took my payment was cheerful, pleasant and helpful.

      The worst ************** I ever had connection in my entire life. It took 7 weeks and a lot of money to replace few electric or electronic components of my Acura RDX. They dont know the job even they have the highest rate for mechanical labor in the ************* - $200/hour. Because of them I will never buy a Honda or an Acura.

      NO STARS! Deceptive business practice, overcharge on a 2023 ******** Sx vehicle, added fees to loan documents, forged documents of my signature. Vehicle price advertised was $26,999, Regal Kia did not honor this price and then added more to the cost, denied me placing a down payment as well. Did not even know who my loan was through until a month later when I got a payment reminder from the loan company. I did not get all the documents I signed, did not receive a car fax report. Tried the next day after sale to rectify this situation to no resolution. Tried repeatedly to work with dealership only for them to inform Division of Consumer Finance that I was the one not returning calls. NOT TRUE. I have all paperwork confirming all my allegations. Only after contacting Division of *********************** of Financial Regulation & receiving a reply to get a attorney as this is definitely a civil matter did I see documents I did not sign along with a falsified car fax report which claims vehicle was serviced on 6/3/2024 at Regal Kia, yet the vehicle WAS NEVER SERVICED, or even at there dealership on 6/3/2024 date Carfax claims. I have verifiable proof vehicle was not serviced as I was in a hotel miles away with the vehicle. I also got view more documents that I did not get a copy of and have a falsified electronic signatures not approved or signed by me. Yes I have a attorney and am filing charges against this deceptive business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DECEPTIVE BUSINESS!!!

      If i could give -10 i would. They first tried to scam me into a car. Saying they could do this price for so many months, then i get there and instead of a 5 year loan, they were trying to get me to do 7 years. I even explained i didn't want to do more then 5 years but came to me "we have the deal you want, just got to sign" i had to read for myself they wanted 2 more years. Then i get the extra warranties. One was for minor dent and ding. I try to call and file a claim and the *************** said they couldn't do it because if the paint missing. So i text the guy who helped me do the warranties and I've literally had to bother him CONSTANTLY and barely get any responses. MY ISSUE IS ONLY FIXED BECAUSE I GOT NASTY. TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Since it wont let me add pictures of the text between me and the incompetent person, the person who had such a hard time doing his job was ***************************. Whole location is nothing but crooks and scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Horrible. I went for a diagnostic. It was too much so I refused it . When I went to pick up my car the whole inside of the door was torn apart. I would have to pay another mechanic to put it back together. I STILL paid for the diagnosis and they give me my car back with the door in pieces. Horrible service . The machine was also just uneducated in his like if work. I know what is wrong with my car . I literally had to tell them because at first they said something which is not true at all and then they come back like “oh yeah it’s this instead” . Sounds like they were trying to fish for the most mi ey they can .

      I bought my 2018 chevy sonic brand new August 2018. At first, everything was great. Every service I took it in for ( oil changes, maintenance etc.) went well. Customer service was awesome, until, my car started having problems in Georgia in 2021. I couldn't even get it into a Chevy dealership up there. It started jerking and shaking real bad. Eventually I was able to get it back to Florida to Regal Chevrolet where the next year of attempted repairs failed miserably. These people tried everything in the book. Even tried to convince me all I needed was a tune up. $600 later, my car was still doing the same thing. I took it back and forth for months and still they were unable to properly fix my car. I had onstar and the chevy app that would run diagnostics when my check engine light came on and yet they continued to try to convince me I was wrong. I even took videos of how my car was acting. Finally, they decided I needed a new transmission and engine in July 2022. All of this going on, I'm still making full coverage insurance payments and car payments. These people held my car from July 2022 to February 2023 "waiting on parts". No loaner vehicle. My warranty only covers 10 days of rental with $35 day I paid out. I kept calling for check ups only to be told they're waiting on Fidelity to approve my parts. I got tired and decided to contact Fidelity myself to see what was going on. Fidelity sent me a copy of the paperwork stating that Annie from Regal reversed my work order for parts October 2022, stating I traded in my vehicle. Which in all of itself was not true. I was still making full coverage insurance payments and car payments on a vehicle I was not able to drive. I went to the dealership with what I discovered and again they tried to convince me I was wrong. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a female or because of my sexuality that these people treated me like this. Either way, it has been an all around terrible and stressful experience.
