    Us bug squad is the best pest control company I ever used. They are always prompt, friendly, and professional. They never try to upsell or scam me, as other companies have done to me in the past. I had one major company tell me I had termites and have them for years. The company tried selling me over $4000.00 for termite d treatment. Thing is I only bought the house 3 months ago and had inspected by a very credible and experienced building inspector. It showed no sign of termites. Us bug squad came and checked and were very honest saying they also saw no signs of termites. Didnt try and push me into anything. Just kindly gave me a card and said if youre interested in any protection plans please reach out to us. I have been now using them for 2 months and never see any type of insects at all anymore!

    Promised spray for pest defense, mosquito control, and active spray. They came on 6/4/24. The issue got worse. Spoke to **** sent out sprayer again 6/18/24. It is now 7/11/24 and still have same issues.

    Customer did 2 services with us. She was charged $169 for the first application. When she didn't see a reduction in insects she called in to let us know that she was still experiencing issues. We went back out 2 weeks later to respray at no additional charge. I never received any phone calls or messages from the customer after that point. She still has a remaining balance of $169. I spoke to the customer today and agreed to credit the $169, since she wasn't seeing satisfactory results from both applications. This issue has been resolved, her balance has been credited and her account is closed.

    The rental management company hired US BUG SQUAD. They placed my name on the invoice as I was the one at home and allowed them access. However, I was not on the lease and the invoice was never submitted to Progress Residential under the correct tenant name. US BUG SQUAD has been informed many times of this and provided with the ut yet contact information to Progress Residential and yet they continue to place derogatory collections on my credit and harass me. This is the 3rd collection company that US BUG SQUAD has hired. They need to go to the management company for payment and stop the harassment or I'll need to look into filing sanctions against the collection agency and US BUG SQUAD.

    I spoke to customer in regards to this issue and agreed to credit the outstanding invoice. Customer has a $0 balance and her account is cancelled. No further action is required.
