    They sent me a dead tree. Then they blocked me so I can't complain.They try to tell you all these things to help fix the tree but I don't want a tree I have to fix.I want a healthy one.That's what I paid for

If you have questions or concerns, email us a photo of your entire plant, from top to bottom, and please include the original pot and packaging in the photo if you still have them. Our support team will review to assess your plants needs (recovery time from expected shipping stress, a specific care routine, replacement, or an extended warranty). 
    Please refer to the flyer included in your package for more info about our 30-day guarantee. Its also attached here for your convenience. 

    We will be awaiting a picture of your plant so we can assist you further.

    Hello,

    We guarantee our plants for 30 days after arrival. Customers receive a flyer in their order that outlines the procedures for accessing this great benefit. ******************************* reached out to us without asking for assistance. Instead he sent threats to negatively affect our company on social media and said how can you reimburse someone for time? He never sent a picture or asked for a resolution from us. We are happy to honor our guarantee for replacement of refund especially if he follows the policy to send a picture. Though we feel his communication was inappropriate and abusive. Please see attached images for all communication from The customer.

    Purchased two blue java "Ice Cream" banana plants for $50 / ea on 4/6/2021 via*****. Nurtured and cared for these plants over next 16 months, investing $$$ hundreds for fabric pots, soil, irrigation, fertilization. Also sold 8 pups (baby plants) of this rare varietal to friends and neighbors for net $450 to recover costs. Unfortunately I just found out from a subject matter expert that the plants are not blue java "Ice Creams" but rather the much more common "plantain grand nain". I contacted the seller with this information and their response was to blame it on their supplier! This of course means that everyone else who purchased this product from them at a premium also got ripped off! Wow!!!!!

    Each plant at Wellspring Gardens is INDIVIDUALLY labeled immediately UPON RECEIPT AT OUR FACILITY because correct SPECIES labeling is of utmost importance to us and our customers. Because of our fastidious dedication to correct labeling, there is ONLY a very slim chance that the customer received the incorrect variety. Many banana varieties are difficult to distinguish from one another so the customer's claim that an expert identified it as a different variety is a difficult claim to support.

    OUR CUSTOMERS CAN BE ASSURED THAT OUR PARTNER WHO SUPPLIES THE ICE CREAM BANANAS TO US ARE LEADING EXPERTS ON BANANA VARIETIES. THEY HAVE AN IMPECCABLE REPUTATION. THEY HAVE PRODUCED PERHAPS 100'S OF MILLIONS OF BANANA PLANTS AND SUPPLIED THEM TO DISCERNING CUSTOMERS WORLDWIDE OVER THE LAST 30 YEARS.

    The customer received a very nice, healthy, and viable 'ICE CREAM' banana along with extended customer service over the past year and a half each time a plant care question arose for the customer.

    Interesting; you shifted blame to your supplier when I contacted you on **** with photos, but are now walking this back and claiming that I have the right products (plural, I purchased two plants)?

    Here are new photos of each fruiting body. There is not even a tinge of dark green / blue. Already had a biologist embarrass me by provisionally identifying these as plantain grand nain when I attempted to sell him a pup; can't even imagine how many other people are in my shoes.

    We reaffirm our position about sending the correct plants. We question the accuracy of the biologist the consumer referenced because he incorrectly identified the Ice Cream banana as a Grand Nain plantain, and Grand Nain is NOT even a plantain but a dessert banana. Our suppliers (and we) are renowned experts in the field and know the difference between bananas and plantains and the difference between various varieties.

    However, because we have spent a vast amount of our time and resources answering the customer's unprecedented number of emails over the last year and a half we will gladly refund the full purchase price of the 2 ice cream bananas that we shipped to him including the shipping cost for his entire order.

    Because this **** transaction took place over a year and a half ago, **** no longer provides a way to process a refund through them. We can refund the customer through******* if he will provide the email address he would like the refund sent to.
