      My pool arrived with a damaged corner. The installer said dont worry it will be covered with a concrete border that cost me extra. The second season the color was faded. I sent photos to warranty dept.of the damaged corner and faded color as the pool they delivered looked like "a second". I was suprised they let this pool leave the factory. A repair person came out a last week and told me all the pools fade. I asked him if he could remove the brown spots. He said muriatic will remove it but he did not have it. Why bother coming if you dont have what you need? This company uses false advertising stating on their website they have the best gel coat with a ten year warranty.

      Actually, we do have the best warranty on gel compared to others. The question still is what's happened chemically with the pool water Maintenace that has caused said fading. All pools have gel fade over time but it's so very gradual. Unless there has been some improper chemical balancing. Or bleaching of the pool can also speed up fading. water chemistry balancing is very important to preserving the gel coat surface in any fiberglass pool. Our gel coat finish is 32 mils thick so the pool likely could be buffed out back to its original luster if it is faded. But I'm still thinking its calcium scale. and the brown stains are metal plating. All chemistry issues have chemistry remedies. As for the repair man saying the pool is faded, we will look for his findings in your incident files. He didn't use acid or adjust your chemistry for you because he is a repair man not a pool maintenance company. Acid is not something they carry on the repair truck since it is not used in the repair of fiberglass pools.       Don't buy its 4 years old and all the color has fadded and stains all over and will not come out crappy products

      It is unfortunate you are having Chemistry issues, but these disruptions are definitely chemical balance related issues. Our pools do not fade in a 4-year period to any noticeable level if at all unless chemistry is an issue. We are sorry your unhappy with our product. Staines are not likely more likely you are dealing with metal plating. Seek out metal control products available in your local pool store or online to resolve these issues. or seek a pool chemical specialist to get your chemistry back in balance so the issue will resolve itself. Both these complaints are describing Calcium and Metal plating. Both caused by chemistry control and balance issues. If handled by a professional the pool can and will return back to its original luster.

      The pool we got from. Sanjuan pools is the best. We have owned other pools in previous homes and this is the best one. Any questions we have had were answered. Highly recommend them. The quality of the build is exceptional
