  This *** **** is a lier and a *****. He doesnt like to pay his bills and is very unprofessional. Has his tenants hire you in order not to pay his bill.

  This man is a scammer he makes you think you are renting to own when you are actually just a renter he will ask for a down payment on top of first and last in my case I got behind because of hurricane I loss my job and he told me to leave all my stuff and get out and come back with ********************************************************************************************************************************************* a ******ed ***** and many more names please stay clear and this man or you will be on the streets out 9300 dollars if I could have left 0 stars I would have

  Just run and avoid this man. He is disrespectful even to his own people. He will belittle you like no one else because he lacks shame. He lacks accountability. He has the Sheriff in his back pocket. Do not use his services.

  I have seen Amirhouses for 4 years now online. I tried multiple times to rent to own from this guy, but he is literally ALL about money! I pray for his soul because the rich are fattening themselves up for a day of *********! I can NOT use this guy because he has NO empathy and should go back to his own country. I NEVER say these kind of things but in America things happen to people and he has no empathy. If you are ONE day late on a payment he will take the house from you and are no longer available to rent to own from this guy! He doesn't realize people are relocating from another state and will have to start over! This guy once told me from a different number that he would NOT be doing business with me because I had asked questions about different houses. He was not nice and I would LOVE to know who I can report him to about his business practices. Maybe I will have to report him to the Attorney General in *******, I do not know, but I do know he needs to be shut down! I think that is what I will do report him because of his ill mannerism, and poor empathy. I am tired of this man not willing to answer questions and be ALL about money!!

  I spoke with the owner **** about a rental property and he was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was willing to not ********** but purchasing one of his property then immediately changed my mind! I did a little research about this company and previous tenants as well as property managers that work with him stated that he is very degrading and down right disrespectful. I do not recommend conducting any type of business with him or the company as a whole.

  I called this company to inquire about two rental houses that were listed on ******. The man that answered did not speak good English and talked very fast. He mentioned that they worked with people who looked after their rental property etc. Then he said that he would send a text about how to rent a house from them.

  We have designed our business model based on the limited availability of our staff and the very high demand in the market. Accordingly we ask clients to follow the steps we text them to make sure we have a property that they actually like and THEN talk to us and provide details for the property they are interested in.

  This particular client was unprofessional and refused to follow the steps and just kept calling and threatening. This person left a review on BBB with clear racist comments, so you can imagine how they talked over the phone. Nevertheless, we were professional and wished him luck else where.

  What can I say about this company is it is the worst people you could possibly rent from. You are renting from them until a problem arises that needs immediate attention. Such as: Air and heat, septic problems, or any other major problems that should be taken care of by a renters. Also, beware of any signs next to you indicating that a property is for rent or lease. There is no background check that they do on the renters. The owner does not hesitate to show his strapped on gun on his leg. Also, very racist! Horrible! Please, do not use this realtor for renting or lease to own. I can guarantee you will inherit all the expensive repairs not mentioned by these racist, and good for nothing, profiting from people with background issues. These people renting from them as well, could be criminals you really don't want around your family and children. Something has to be done about this business.

  If only there was a way to make a NEGATIVE star! This company is the most unprofessional, rudest co.pany I have ever spoken to. I reached out several times via their website regarding questions about a property, to which noone responded. I then called and was told this person is an investor and has hundreds of homes to deal with. Would not answer basic questions, told me he was not answerable to anyone and that I was not a good fit. I don't think this person is a good fit to answer the phone and represent a business. Would not recommend using their co.pany for any reason! They certainly will not take the time to represent your property well to anyone who inquires. Just nasty person.
