    Ferguson Construction and Aluminum installed a screen room at my home. The roof has leaked from day one. The owner patched the roof two times with no success. The company will no longer accept my calls.

    Roof currently leaking in every seem on the roof. Unable to use screen room for intended use.

    When the screening was installed, I found eight holes in the screening that had to be fixed. 4 out of seven panel had to be tightened. And another panel had to be replaced all together. All was fixed but this does not leave me confident of the work.
    I have asked three times for warranty info and have yet to receive it.

    Scotty is out there this morning taking care of a few issues. Miss Robin seems to be very happy. We always stand behind what we do and if there are issues we work hard to get them resolved!

    We had all the windows in our home replaced by Ferguson Construction and Windows. We have five windows that are leaking and have damage to our walls and floors. We have called them several times for warranty work and keep getting the run around. They tell us that they will get someone out and nobody ever calls us back. We are very disappointed in their service and just want our windows fixed.

    I was there today!! I have contacted the manufacturer to schedule a service appointment. The windows are all installed properly and are all sealed properly. If this is a manufacturer defect they will take care of it as the warranty is with them. Simonton will be in touch in the very near future
